We had our non-electric detached 2-car garage built in 2005. Over the years the very heavy door has been getting harder to open. I'm a tiny person and opening the door was wearing me down to the point that I kept my car outside rather than try to open it. I thought the answer was a solar-powered garage door opener... but boy, was I wrong! David came to my rescue. He called before he came out, and when he was nearby. He looked everything over thoroughly for about half an hour, running through all kinds of checks and balances. All it needed was some new springs and rollers! After I chose one of the two estimates he gave me, he actually started and completed the work right then and there! Very nice and professional, and even gave me a discount. Lifetime guarantee on the parts. He oiled the squeaks out of the lock and rigged up a strap that I can use to close the garage door when it opens so high it gets away from me. Now the door opens effortlessly! I can now open it with one hand! Unbelievable!

My experience was very good and exceeded my expectations. The problems were sold and I had a newly installed garage door unit, wall remote and outside key pad in just about an hour. My repairman, David Eilers was courteous, professional, prompt and explained everything to me in terms that were easy to understand. Could not have been a better experience and I am 100% satisfied.
