We were in the middle of moving across country and the spring on our garage door broke. No getting up the door now. This was the day before Thanksgiving. We Googled "garage repair" and Precision popped up. We called and explained the situation and they had tech out to us that same day. David Allen was so helpful and courteous. After a very bad experience with our Home Warranty Service Company, I called Precision. They were wonderful. We are elderly and depend on our garage door to open & close easily and work well. The door failed to close and we were home bound. We called Precision and they were here in less than 3 hours to solve the problem. We were very grateful for Brett who did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done. He arrived on time, courteous, and went right to work to solve the problem. From our initial phone call to the finish, everyone who was involved did an outstanding job. Very few companies offer this kind of service any more and it was a pleasure to find such an incredible company, service technician, and fair pricing. They exceeded our expectations. Our garage door stopped working at an inopportune time. I called the night it went out and Brent came out the next morning. He was great told us the problem and gave us the options to put money into it or get a new opener. Weighing it out we decided to get the new opener. He was able to install it that day and didn’t take long for him to install. He showed us how to use it and put the app on the phone as well. Her was extremely personable and very knowledgeable and professional. I could not have been more happier with him or the service of work he provide. You have a great employee working for you and representing you. Thank you so much again!!

Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors!He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly. I found out we have a lot in common. It truly is a small world. Call Jake if you need repairs.

Brett is the GREATEST person! He had to replace a damaged double garage door quickly as my home is up for sale. He was so nice to my 6 year old granddaughter, they both love music. She chatted his "ear off" while he worked for awhile but he just couldn't have been more pleasant. The job was done efficiently but more than that the warmth and sincerity of Brett was just outstanding. He deserves 10 stars!
