Prior to arrival, the Technician, David Lenhardt, called to introduce himself and to provide me with his estimated arrival time. He was timely and has excellent customer service skills. He completed his assessment quickly and provided me with the options available to me regarding the repair of my garage door without trying to upsell me.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. He showed up at 12:30, and completed the repairs after going over what needed to be done. If I ever need any other garage door repairs, this IS the company I'll call. thankyou,

Our technician, David, was great! I had a few items we were concerned about and he took the time to explain the issues. He patiently waited (about 10 minutes) til my husband got back to explain in detail, again, the issues and what he could do to solve. He was able to do everything while he was here, which was a great plus. David was very professional and easy to communicate with. Just bought a house at the end of August. Existing garage doors were 21 years old and one of the doors (there are two on the house) had been run into and was severely damaged. Not to mention they were not insulated doors. I decided to call Precision Door Service to help me with the garage door problem I had. Everything they did, from sending a person out to look over the existing doors to installing new doors, motors, key pad and such was very professional. Jonathan Guffey was one of the installers and he had an assistant. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous, and did and excellent job of installation and removal of old equipment. Precision Overhead Garage is the BEST! I have been doing research to which company is the best before I decided to call POG. Our garage doors were really bad for years. Only one was working and it was not even in good shape that every time we open and close made me worried. Thinking that it might drop to the floor. Their staff are very professional and very attentive of your concerns. We had Luke and Jonathan. Both are very nice gentlemen. I am very satisfied of Jonathan's job today. I am happy that I had POG worked on my garage doors. I am Highly Recommended to people to have POG to work on your garage doors. They are the BEST!

My old garage door opener stopped working and was making a humming noise. I knew the opener was at least two decades old and was probably burnt up. The technician was very professional and showed me the problem with the old unit and gave me several option for new units. I bought a new chain drive unit and he installed the unit very quickly. I was also given a discount for being a military veteran. I was very satisfied with the technician's job and the new unit!

I had a broken spring on one garage door and under-performing springs on the other, as well as worn bushings and rollers. Technician David Allen was on time in the arrival window and gave me a 30-minute heads-up call as well. He thoroughly explained to me the problem areas of both doors and offered different solution options to get both working in top condition. I ask a lot of questions, and he was very patient with me. Once I approved the work he competently and efficiently fixed it all. He even helped talk me through some carburator repair on my lawn mower! What a guy! Thanks again!

I have used Precision before and was very pleased. This time I was very disappointed. My garage door is stuck in the closed position. I can't get it open. My lawn mower is in there and I need to get it out because my grass is out of control. The technician looked at it for 10 minutes and decided he would spend his time writing up a quote for a new door instead of opening the door. The "quote" was full of errors. He did not know the name brand of the door. It is clearly stamped on the handle "Clopay". He just listed it as an 8' X 7' door. It is in fact a custom size door 80" X 72"! He also sent me a text saying he finished some other jobs and could he come early? I called the company and asked them to send him a message to call me. He did and said " He was told that if we had an opening I wanted him to come early" ! Liar! I will not use Precision again and anyone I know will not!
