To start - Justin called me fifty minutes ahead of time to provide his ETA. When he arrived he explained exactly what he needed to do to provide the information I was looking for. All of the options were presented to me with an explanation as to why a repair was not feasible. Justin was very knowledgeable, very respectful and he made sure I understood everything he was saying.

Service was here quickly and work was completed in a very timely manner. That’s the reason for the 3. Otherwise, expensive and try to sell you on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repair work. If it hadn’t needed done quickly, I would’ve checked around and probably saved a couple hundred dollars. Should’ve been around $300 repair, I was charged $500. Again, paid for the convenience I guess.

They just took my money, promising me to send the INVOICE, but they just sent by email the SAFETY CHECK LIST. The technician ask me my credit card number. I paid, but they never sent the work order. Now don't know what I paid for or what they exactly did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I SPENT MY LAST DAY OF THE YEAR TRYING TO FIND SOMEBODY ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT DID I PAY FOR :(:(:(:(:

I appreciated your phone call and your clarification. The work was done in time and the technician was very communicative. Then I realized that my tenants received the invoice and for some technical reasons I did not receive my copy. I recomendó your company for fast a quality service.

He gave us a couple different options for our repair and the price was reasonable. He done the job right then and did everything perfect. Brent came by at 10:30 am today...inspected our garage door problem...and made his recommendation to solve the problem. I was not surprised that we needed a new garage door opening system...as it was the original system installed 40 years ago. Brent was very professional in installing the new unit (by himself, I might add)...added stronger braces than was put in 40 years ago...and explained the new system to me very well. My wife and I can't be happier with the service he provided us today. Brent is an excellent worker on your staff...and seems to truly love his work. Good luck keeping him. He'll be your competitor soon. Thanks for the good work provided today. Very seamless (and painless).
