Ray Salcedo was the tech that performed my service. Very nice and professional employee. He actually showed up earlier then set appointment. Terry did a terrific job on my door. He put new cables, springs, rollers, bearings on my door. He explained all that was wrong and what we needed to do to get it rolling like new. I could tell he knew what he was doing. The new rollers are really the bomb. Sealed roller bearings. Man, my door is really quite. Thanks, Terry. Merry Christmas to ya.

I managed to mess up my garage door this morning, and fortunately, I stumbled upon Precision. George came out in no time flat and did an amazing fix, for a very fair price. I told him I was amazed that I could get a same day appointment, and he told me there are staff dedicated to installs, and staff dedicated to dealing with repairs. This is a great customer service philosophy, because what customer wants to wait any longer than necessary for an appointment to repair something?! Without a doubt, I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

My door spring broke so I couldn’t open door. It’s Saturday and needed to get car out. I called overhead door company who had installed door when House was built. They told me it was a 340 dollar service fee to respond us parts and labor. Total was just under 800 bucks!!! So I called precision and 75 dollar respond fee plus parts. My total was 355 bucks !!!! My tech terry showed up 75 minutes after calling and took and hour. He replaced spring and both cables for way u see half of overhead. I’m going get new door in future and without a doubt I will use precision.

I had called other door companies and my initial feeling was that they were not very friendly and helpful. When I called Procision, the intial feeling was one of confidential, compotent people. So I asked them for their help and help they did. Installer Terry White exceeded my expectations with his service and helpfulness. After calling overhead door and AE door no services would be available until the next day. Asking the cell phone we got your phone number. We had 2 cars stuck in the garage and had appointments. I called on a Friday about one broken spring on our garage door. Greg, a professional and prompt technician arrived Saturday afternoon. We inquired about replacing the 2nd door’s spring since it was older, and Greg was able to replace both in 1 1/2 hours. No extra charge for Saturday service. Great service!

PUNCTUALITY, Expert in their professions and does the work without hesitation. Skillful and hard working. Charges are liberal and gives discount for seniors. Hope everyone be like them, kind and helpful. I am forced to say this because in May 2018 I had to gix my closet and other some work fixed. Hired Jolly Plumbers for their rate was slightly less. But they took money without completing the work and next day fixed new closet which was not new but broken and still leaking. There are very honest and kind people loke your company. God bless.

There seems to be a lot of garage door repair service companies out there, and many with similar names. But if you are unsure who to call, from my personal experience THIS is the company you’ll want! I had my door springs installed by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service 10 1/2 years ago, and bought the lifetime warranty for “free” springs replacement. Yesterday evening one of the springs finally wore out (after 10 1/2 years of daily multiple use) and broke. I called the toll free number on my original receipt and mentioned the warranty and the broken spring. They set up the service call for the next day (less than 24 hrs. later) and setting a time that worked for me was EASY (they were totally flexible). They were proficient at confirming my appointment by text (including the technician’s name (“George”) & bio, and when he was on his way). He arrived on time (even earlly), was friendly and knowledgeable, and did an exceptional job replacing with two new springs and of course they honored the warranty with zero charge. (Even though this was serviced by the local franchise (“precisiondoorcincinnati.com”) that didn’t even exist yet when I bought the warranty from the original parent company over 10 years earlier. (The tech also said that my NEW replacement springs are also covered by the originally purchased lifetime warranty, with possibly only a service call fee in the future but no charge for future replacement springs). I would highly recommend “Precision Overhead Garage Door Service”!!!
