I was kept up to date and the service technician David called Wednesday with his arrival time. He arrived several minutes early and went right to work examining my garage door and in a very short period of time had several quotes for me. He knew my time crunch and worked quickly and efficiently; enabling me to get to my appointment on time. David is very courteous and conscientious. My garage door is now working and my garage is also cleaner than when David arrived.
