We want to give a BIG shout out to Jonathan. He called before coming, arrived on time. He gave options and solutions to our garage door issue with no pressure to purchase. He had everything with him to complete the job at the time. When he called, he said he was going to stop and get something cold to drink, like water, Gatorade and even asked if we would like something.

Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

First our response was excellent, They were my 3rd call and the others were very lax in their response and getting to me as needed. Precision came in a few hours. They even gave me follow up calls to keep me posted. Their technician was very polite and thorough with what was needed. Once we got the information we gave them the business. Once the work was finished he went back through giving me plenty of confidence the door was fixed properly. Our tech was very sharp and professional in every way. We have had homes for 50 plus years. The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. It was an emergency service and Brian took us through everything he found as he did a thorough inspection and then presented good, better and best options without being pushy. I received absolutely amazing service from the lady (Latoya?) who answered the phone yesterday to Justin, who did my service today. I was so grateful for his honesty. He text me and called me to tell me when he would be here. He was very courteous and patient. Justin was knowledgeable and explained every step to me. I actually only did what was under warranty, and I really appreciated him, telling me all the options and his honesty. my garage door was put up in 2020 I believe by precision garage door. Interestingly enough, you were the only one who answered the phone and the service was amazing then I'll definitely be promoting you in my neighborhood friends and family. Thanks Justin! Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use.
