David Allen came to repair a broken belt on my garage door opener. He found that the cause of the broken belt was a internal problem and that allowed the door to over travel and the was causing the breakage. He gave me several options from just replacing the belt to complete opener replacement. There was no pressure to upsell me a new opener. However I knew that if there was internal problems it would happen again. So i had new opener installed. He actually had the new opener on the truck so everything was handled the same day. David actually showed me the problem area so i knew he was telling truth. I would have no problem recommending David and the Precision Door Service to anyone looking for garage door solutions.

I had never used this company before but I chose them because the reviews were so awesome and when I called they were so friendly and helpful on the telephone. They were able to schedule me in perfectly around my work schedule. The repairman who came was Brian Payne. He called me the morning of the schedule day confirm my 2-hour window of 4 to 6 p.m.. around 3:45 p.m. he called me to ask me if it was okay if he headed my way and would be there in 15 minutes. It was very nice and professional on the phone. When he arrived he did a thorough job of explaining my three options for my repairs. Each option what is a different price with various warranties. He explained the pros and cons of all three. I chose the total rebuild with the lifetime warranty. It turns out my string had broken because it was not strong enough for my 300-pound garage door. The new spring is awesome along with the rollers and all the other parts he installed. I thought my garage door was quiet before. Oh boy was I wrong! It is so quiet now you cannot even hear it! He even showed me how to program my phone to the Wi-Fi MyQ app and he changed the light bulb for me in my garage! I am very happy with your company I'm even more so happy with Brian Payne! He deserves a raise!

I had a garage door with a bad opener and a spring that was seized up and was unable to shut my garage door. Precision was able to get there same day and resolve the problem. Brian and Will worked into the early evening to ensure that everything was working smoothly and we wouldn't have an open garage door over night. Excellent service, walked me through the process every step of the way. I highly recommend using Precision for all garage door needs

I highly recommend Brian for any service you may need with your garage door. Prior to his visit he gave me a 30 minute notice and said he was stopping to get gas and something to drink. He then asked would you like me to bring you something to drink when I come. I thought that was so considerate and thoughtful of him to even think to ask. Then when he arrived he saw the problem instantly and got to work fixing it right away. He had my garage door up and working again within 30 minutes. Brian you ROCK! He explained everything in great detail and I did not feel pressured to make a quick decision. He installed our new garage opener in less than 2 hours. Had issues today with our garage door coming off track and one cable getting tangled. Was concerned we'd have issues getting it repaired on a Saturday. Found Precision using a Google search and gave them a call. The lady who answered was very helpful and polite. The experience continued with Brian. He called to let us know when he'd be arriving, so we could plan accordingly. Once he arrived, he was polite and very knowledgeable. We opted to order a new door as the existing one was 20+ years old and has some issues. He fixed the door so it would be operational until the new one was installed. Very pleased and love the great service!

Precision Door took my call for emergency service at 6:30am. The repair Team was at our home by 8:45am and finished the repair by 10:00am. Their explanation of the repair required was very clear. They also offered some additional repair suggestions that were clearly explained. The quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty is worth the extra cost.
