Jonathan G. did a amazing job on repairing my exiting garage door. It had come loose from the frame. The door motor was old also. Jon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained all my options. He installed a new door motor that includes a security Camara which I absolutely love and you can download the app to set up everything from your phone, along with new rollers and springs. I'm over the moon and so happy that my garage door works like it should and looks like it should. I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door services. Jon was so nice, kind, and thorough.

The man who showed up worked hard. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately two windows need replaced because they were plain glass windows. This is not what we ordered. It was an emergency service and Brian took us through everything he found as he did a thorough inspection and then presented good, better and best options without being pushy. Our garage door was opening by itself sporadically during the week. We thought we were accidentally doing it until it opened at 1 am and 4 am. I called Precision based on a commercial I saw recently. Then read reviews and nothing alarming stood out. I was very impressed with the service and guidance provided. I was given options as to how fix my problem and to do preventative measures if interested. (I was) I was and am very pleased with the outcome. We can't even here the garage door open anymore! Who knew!!!! Would highly recommend. Service was prompt and reasonably priced.

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.
