Brent was a very knowledgeable and professional young man. We appreciated the excellent communication even before he arrived. Once here, he assessed our situation and needs, and gave us several options. He followed through as we asked, and left our garage tidy and made sure we knew how to complete the wifi setup on our new garage doors. Brett is the GREATEST person! He had to replace a damaged double garage door quickly as my home is up for sale. He was so nice to my 6 year old granddaughter, they both love music. She chatted his "ear off" while he worked for awhile but he just couldn't have been more pleasant. The job was done efficiently but more than that the warmth and sincerity of Brett was just outstanding. He deserves 10 stars!

Brent came by at 10:30 am today...inspected our garage door problem...and made his recommendation to solve the problem. I was not surprised that we needed a new garage door opening system...as it was the original system installed 40 years ago. Brent was very professional in installing the new unit (by himself, I might add)...added stronger braces than was put in 40 years ago...and explained the new system to me very well. My wife and I can't be happier with the service he provided us today. Brent is an excellent worker on your staff...and seems to truly love his work. Good luck keeping him. To start - Justin called me fifty minutes ahead of time to provide his ETA. When he arrived he explained exactly what he needed to do to provide the information I was looking for. All of the options were presented to me with an explanation as to why a repair was not feasible. Justin was very knowledgeable, very respectful and he made sure I understood everything he was saying.

Service was here quickly and work was completed in a very timely manner. That’s the reason for the 3. Otherwise, expensive and try to sell you on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repair work. If it hadn’t needed done quickly, I would’ve checked around and probably saved a couple hundred dollars. Should’ve been around $300 repair, I was charged $500. Again, paid for the convenience I guess.

They just took my money, promising me to send the INVOICE, but they just sent by email the SAFETY CHECK LIST. The technician ask me my credit card number. I paid, but they never sent the work order. Now don't know what I paid for or what they exactly did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I SPENT MY LAST DAY OF THE YEAR TRYING TO FIND SOMEBODY ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT DID I PAY FOR :(:(:(:(:

Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors!He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly. I found out we have a lot in common. It truly is a small world. Call Jake if you need repairs.
