The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use. Justin did a great job and I would highly recommend him. I chose Precision because they said there trucks are fully stocked and I needed my door fixed today. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Joe- As always your garage door products, service and life time warranty is the absolute best in the industry, hands down and bar none!!! Johnathan Guffey the installer for our new opener arrived within the scheduled time, he was professional, took time to explain the issue we had with our old 11 yr old opener and installed, programmed not just the opener but also the new key pad, remote opener’s for cars both new and reprogrammed the old ones, in addition to the manufacturer vehicle push button remote opener’s in our vehicles. He answered questions and wasted no time getting the job done. He also adjusted the springs on the garage door. Johnathan was very thorough, cleaned up all trash, and made sure we were happy with the install. Hands down the only garage door company my wife and I will recommend! Be proud of the employees you have working for you sir, they are top notch and represent your company very well!

Couldn’t ask for better service. After requesting service, there was a follow-up call verifying the details. On the morning of service, we received an advance notification of the technician’s arrival.. David Allen, the tech, was very courteous and knowledgeable. After inspecting our doors he provided a detailed listing of options. We chose accordingly. Dave completed the work and demonstrated how well the doors were now working. Our “hats are off” to both David and the company behind him.

They showed up and loosening my spring and cut the cables so I could get my cars out. Took less than 30 minutes, but charged me $753. The standard visit fee was $175. They ripped me off. From what I can gather, that's what they always do. I had my entire garage door and all equipment replaced for $1,730 front a different installer, the wanted $6,383 for the same exact replacement. They're con artist, to say the least.

David was very pleasant to work with. He explained everything that was needed to be done before he even started to make corrections and did not leave until he was sure I understood what he had done. I had my new garage door opener installed by Precision a year ago and today (2/5/2024) I could not get the app to work with the door or the camera. So after many failed attempts, I called them for help. They sent a technician the same day to help. Come to find out it was more trickier than we thought. After about an hour and talking to tech support he got it all figured out and also did a routine maintenance check on the opener. To me, that’s the best service one can ask for. I highly recommend and will always use them for doors and openers! David
