Christopher did a superb job resolving my issue. He was on time, called ahead, and even offered to bring me a snack from his gas station stop on the way to my house. I have never had anyone ask me that before. Extremely professional. Not sure how you got Christopher to join your team but if I were you, I would do whatever it takes to keep him and start as soon as you can to groom him for a leadership role in your company. “He’s got management written all over him.”

We had Justin come out and service our garage door. He called about 45 minutes before he got there to let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come early. When he got here he made sure to get as much info as he could to find out what happened. When he did his review of our system he made sure to explain everything that was going on. We had a broken spring and other components were in bad condition. He gave us options on how they could get our door back up and running. We decided to do a full rebuild and replaced all of our components. Justin made sure to fully explain everything he was doing. He was quick and effecient with his work. I would reccomend precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement especially our technician Justin!

Justin our technician was very thorough and understanding. He explained his thought process and what steps he recommended for repair. Easy to converse with and not over pushy or focused on upsales. Would recommend Justin. Any issues I encountered was playing phone tag with him as the number he called me from initially would go to the customer service office and they would have to text to get a return call. Also no discounts offered besides credit card fee process discount if paid by check. Overall satisfied with the experience but in today’s economy every $$$ matters.
