Service was timely and efficient. Robert explained the work needed along with additional options. The job was completed in workman like fashion. The cost was manageable especially considering the quick response and the expert installation. Robert seemed very competent both in assessing and explaining the repair and in completing the work. Precision installed my garage door opener about 2-1/2 years ago. A couple weeks ago it was sometimes not closing All the way - it would go partially down and then open up again. The technician today was Robert Bongiorno. He was absolutely wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. He told me about the App for my phone and I asked him if he would install it for me. He kindly took care of that and walked me through how to use it. I asked him if he would put new batteries in my two remotes which he also did for me. This was a wonderful experience and speaks very highly for the integrity of your company.

Jake was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me how to use the garage door if it had to be opened manually and also how to read the codes on the control panel. Also, explained other aspects of the opener, force settings, etc. I appreciated the time he spent with me explaining the different features. Also, he called before arriving...even offered to bring me a coffee! I received outstanding service! Thank you!

Seamless from the start to finish. My tech Brian Payne was fast , friendly and very professional. He offered to bring me coffee on his way ! Who does that ? ???? I was having problems with my garage door springs and an appointment was made within two days. The technician (Robert) showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He performed a complete inspection of the door and made recommendations on what was necessary and a few that were optional. Once I decided on what I wanted done he got to work and was finished much quicker than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

My garage door torsion bring broke; and I was able to online chat with Jess on Saturday to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was kept up to date and the service technician David called Wednesday with his arrival time. He arrived several minutes early and went right to work examining my garage door and in a very short period of time had several quotes for me. He knew my time crunch and worked quickly and efficiently; enabling me to get to my appointment on time. David is very courteous and conscientious. My garage door is now working and my garage is also cleaner than when David arrived.
