Service was here quickly and work was completed in a very timely manner. That’s the reason for the 3. Otherwise, expensive and try to sell you on hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repair work. If it hadn’t needed done quickly, I would’ve checked around and probably saved a couple hundred dollars. Should’ve been around $300 repair, I was charged $500. Again, paid for the convenience I guess.

They just took my money, promising me to send the INVOICE, but they just sent by email the SAFETY CHECK LIST. The technician ask me my credit card number. I paid, but they never sent the work order. Now don't know what I paid for or what they exactly did. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I SPENT MY LAST DAY OF THE YEAR TRYING TO FIND SOMEBODY ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT DID I PAY FOR :(:(:(:(:

I managed to mess up my garage door this morning, and fortunately, I stumbled upon Precision. George came out in no time flat and did an amazing fix, for a very fair price. I told him I was amazed that I could get a same day appointment, and he told me there are staff dedicated to installs, and staff dedicated to dealing with repairs. This is a great customer service philosophy, because what customer wants to wait any longer than necessary for an appointment to repair something?! Without a doubt, I would recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

My door spring broke so I couldn’t open door. It’s Saturday and needed to get car out. I called overhead door company who had installed door when House was built. They told me it was a 340 dollar service fee to respond us parts and labor. Total was just under 800 bucks!!! So I called precision and 75 dollar respond fee plus parts. My total was 355 bucks !!!! My tech terry showed up 75 minutes after calling and took and hour. He replaced spring and both cables for way u see half of overhead. I’m going get new door in future and without a doubt I will use precision.
