Precision’s service was awesome. Very prompt, my technician Brett was remarkable! What I thought was a simple keypad reset, was not! As a result I was extremely disappointed having to replace my garage door operator, but Brett remained professional, totally empathized, and even programmed the remote functions to our vehicles. I’m grateful he was our technician. Because of my experience with Brett I will contact Precision for future needs.

The door was installed about two weeks after we ordered it, which is what we expected. The technician showed us several different options until we found the right match for us. He completed the job within about two hours. There was one small problem with the trim and another tech came the next day to fix it. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and installation. It looks better than we thought it would!

Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. The final factor for choosing Precision was the professionalism of their representative Tanner Claybaker. The was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions.
