Precision’s service was awesome. Very prompt, my technician Brett was remarkable! What I thought was a simple keypad reset, was not! As a result I was extremely disappointed having to replace my garage door operator, but Brett remained professional, totally empathized, and even programmed the remote functions to our vehicles. The door was installed about two weeks after we ordered it, which is what we expected. The technician showed us several different options until we found the right match for us. He completed the job within about two hours. There was one small problem with the trim and another tech came the next day to fix it. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and installation. It looks better than we thought it would!

I had Brent as my technician, and he is the reason I actually made the purchase right away. He was very personable, professional, and after speaking with him, I decided that even though your company was not the less expensive, actually you were considerably more than the other quotes I received, but Brent was so nice to deal with, I felt at ease and felt that your company would be easy to work with. I appreciate that in today's climate.
