I had damaged my garage door Friday night, and needed to have it repaired or replaced quickly. I called on Saturday morning, and the staff was very nice and quickly scheduled an appointment for me to have a technician come look at it on In a couple hours of my call. I received a text message about who is coming with a picture, which was amazing! Technician Brian was on time, very professional and nice, and quickly determined what was needed. I was given three choices of new garage doors and he was not pushy at all. He was very quick in determining the availability of the parts and came back to replace the garage door within one hour. His work was very professional and I did not see any pieces of old materials left behind which I sometimes do with some workers. I’m extremely pleased. I highly recommend precision garage service a d Brian.

Look no further: Precision should be your #1 pick! Top notch service support, with a very knowledgeable person walking me through the options available, pros/cons of models. The doors were ready in less than 10 days (I was told it could take up to 3-4 weeks!), I was contacted twice to keep me up to date with next steps, and the installation was incredibly well done - great attention to detail until the very last minute. Totally worth the investment, great customer experience.

Very Professional, knowledgeable, and on time. The communications from the time I called till Brent arrived to my front door was excellent. My problem with the cable was from the prevoius poor quality of service from a previous company I used. They put the the wrong springs on. Brent was excellent start to finish.

Brian was great. He came out on Christmas Eve on very short notice, when no other Company would. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job explaining the options with no pressure. He worked quickly and did an outstanding job. He even helped my Daughter set up the app. Our garage door is now so quiet. I highly recommend Precision.

Brian was professional and nice. Overall service was not what I expected for a simple rebalance of door. They do a 25 point inspection but don’t give you report until AFTER job is complete and paid. Don’t expect to have your door repaired or adjusted. Instead, be prepared for replacement (springs, rollers, bearings, etc..) which costs SIGNIFICANTLY more. The parts they use are good and my door is operating smoother and quieter but it should for the money I spent. For non impulse buyers, hopefully this review helps educate those using Precision.

I contacted two garage door companies. The first one, 1-2 days prior to contacting Precision, I never received a response back. The 2nd company, Precision, responded IMMEDIATELY. Granted, I contacted Precision via the very convenient Live Chat option, but they had me scheduled for a repair within two hours on that same day. It was in the afternoon as well. I certainly wasn't expecting that. But they gave me a 2 hour window, and showed up on the better side of that window. So far, no negatives. When David Allen (technician) was on his way, he made a courtesy call to make me aware, and he even asked if I wanted a beverage that he'd be happy to bring me. I have NEVER been asked that. That was cool. Another positive. Once David arrived and we discussed issues / options, we proceeded with a new garage door opener. I think he had it done in about an hour and a half or so. David was very polite, answered all my questions / concerns and all was well. He did not try to persuade me into buying things that I didn't have the need for. He gave me the different price point options, and I went from there. He left the decision up to me. I will definitely be returning to Precision for any further issues I may have in regards to a garage door. I highly recommend.

Our main spring to open the garage door busted overnight so I called to request service. I was very gratefully surprised that Precision was able to come out as a last minute emergency, as my car was in the garage and needed the garage door open so I can get out. Brian Payne came out and was so incredibly nice, courteous and gracious. I was home and my husband was at work, Brian was wonderful enough to let me call my husband so Brian can explain the different options available and make a decision on which fix we wanted. There was no pressure on getting the more expensive versus the least expensive. Brian allowed us the chance to make our own choice, although we did go with the more expensive one anyway since it had the lifetime guaranty. Brian did a great job and we look forward to a working garage door!!

Our Garage Door would not open or close properly. I have been very pleased with Precision Door Service before so I called them at 10:15am. I was then quickly scheduled for a 12-2 window with a promise that the technician would call me when he was on his way. Brian called at 11:30 and came shortly thereafter.
