George did a fantastic job. Installed a new opener and showed me how to use the remotes. Even set up the one in the car for me, which I'm very grateful for. Couldn't have done it any better. Very satisfied.

Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

On time, fixed the issue and was priced reasonably. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. And I’d like to add our technician was great. One spring had broken so we had them replace both. He stated there was no need to replace one of the doors wire cords, saving us money. Would recommend highly.

He completed the needed repairs in a very timely fashion. More importantly his personality is an asset to the customers and reflects positively for your company.

My initial call was to a competitor with outrageous rates. I simply typed garage door repair in my browser and Precession was at the top of the list. I choose Precession because there was no service call fee. The Technician George, was great. He was here approximately 30 minutes and corrected my issues. George was friendly and mission driven. I am so happy I called you and I will make reference to the community on Next Door.

I was not familiar with Precision before today, but I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were the only company who was willing to work us into their schedule today, as our door just broke this morning. Then, George showed up RIGHT at 2pm for a 2-4pm window, which is unheard of, but so appreciated. He was super friendly, quick, and professional, and the price was extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend them again!

Very impressed and will use them again. Terry was wonderful to work with and was at my home and had the repair done in less than the 2 hour time frame they gave me. Cost was reasonable as well. Called early in the morning and was able to speak with an ACTUAL PERSON! The whole experience was a good one.
