After more than a week without an operational garage door while a family member tried to fix it, I called Precision. Even though I called after hours, I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the repair was complete within an hour. Plus, the bill from Precision to fix the problem was less than what I had already spent for the do-it-yourself-er to NOT fix it over the past week. Learn from my mistake: If your husband or friend says he can fix your garage door, just call Precision.

Very professional service who were prompt in repairing my garage door the same day 4/24/17 when I called. Tech Austin Hitch was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what was needed to correct it. He even showed me the damaged parts once removed. Our garage door opener stopped working about a week ago.All I wanted was a decent one installed at a fair price.The last company which put one in replaced it first, billed us right after and didn't even quote us.We ended up working it out, but it was a frustrating experience. Dealing with Precision was much better. I called John who put me in touch with the office , who in turn sent out Austin and within a day we were back up and running.What I liked so much about this was that Austin found the problem, called me with it and explained in laymans turns how he could fix the old one at such a cost or replace it with a new one at such a cost. And by the way, my wife found the last bill from about 15 years ago and Precisions new garage door opener was only a little more. Thank you.

Very impressed and will use them again. Terry was wonderful to work with and was at my home and had the repair done in less than the 2 hour time frame they gave me. Cost was reasonable as well. Called early in the morning and was able to speak with an ACTUAL PERSON! The whole experience was a good one.
