On Monday, April 12, 2021 I had the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door replaced. My appointment was an 8a-10a window. The technician who came to my home was David Allen. Before arriving he called then he texted me a photo. When David arrived he was friendly, courteous and wearing a mask. He was thorough and professional in explaining the work that he was going to do. When he finished he followed up with further explanation about the completed job. Then he made recommendations about future maintenance. Had used this company three other times over the years and on this job we were WAY overcharged. The service rep was almost an hour late which bled into my work day and unfortunately I was unable to review with him the system he was installing as I could not get away from calls. I arranged my schedule to his promised time of arrival but was unable to move things when he showed up late. In review of the invoice we paid WAY more then other providers. I needed the door fixed quickly and well. I did a Google search and this company had some great reviews and said it had quick response and ability to do repairs same day. My technician was very nice and called ahead to let me know he was coming. He was very polite and informative. Repairs were done within a couple of hours.
