I'm so happy I was able find you and that I could set this up last night right after the spring coil snapped. Since the operators are available 24-7-365, it made it possible for the early Friday morning repair. Christopher Woods did a great job on the repair. He was all pro and was able to complete the task quickly. A good guy and efficient worker. Thanks very much for helping me out! Hope everyone has a great weekend. I'm so pumped I can open the garage door all weekend. It's very important! :)

Excellent. Prompt (next day after I called). Justin was courteous, thorough, and professional. A door safety sensor had failed. The part was covered under warranty so there was no cost. Justin did the multi-part inspection, replaced the part, and was done in under an hour. I couldn't ask for more.

The installation was performed at my mother-in-law's house. I was the coordinator. I choose Precision Door because I was looking for a Lift Master dealer/installer. We were replacing a 21 year old Lift Master. The sprocket wore down on the chain door opener. Kevin did a fantastic job. Courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and quick. I talked with three different employees and all three were excellent representatives of Precision Door. I definitely would recommend Precision Door.

Jonathan was great! Came on time did what was needed and knocked it out of the park with redoing the hardware for the garage. Things work great now and as much as I enjoyed my time with him I hope I don’t have to see him for a long time.

Seth did an assessment well but we felt your company was focused on expensive fixes. In the end he did nothing to remedy our squeaky garage door and instead proposed over $2000 of work as the cheapest option. We will not use your company again.

I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. He did a great job on the install a lot quicker than I thought he would. The price for what I received in my opinion was pretty good. I would highly recommend this company and Seth.

Chose Precision Garage Door after reading other reviews on line. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David the technician was hard working and polite despite the heat of the day.

Service technician: Christopher Woods. Timely arrival, clear and concise explanation of service options, and swift completion of stated work characterized this visit. I purchased multiple products (including springs, rollers, cables, and garage door opener) to repair an erratically functioning door opener. The total cost was far in excess of what I anticipated. However, this was an investment in a functional system under warranty.

Chris Woods did a great job explaining what needed to be replaced on both our garage doors. We actually had an emergency where my garage door would not open because the spring was broken. Precision came the same day too. We wound up having Chris replace the worn out parts of both garage doors. Great service, thank you!
