Technicians were professional and helpful. They explained everything they found as a problem with my garage and provided me with three options to solve the problem. They kept me informed as to what was being done and upon completion of the job thoroughly explained what had been completed. They were quick to help me set up my new keypad, remote in my car and the app for my phone. They also showed me all of the new parts that had been installed and answered any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with this service and the technicians and would highly recommend Precision Door.

I had an emergency this morning with my garage door (broken cable) and was able to schedule on line for an appointment within 2 hours. Being a holiday weekend, two other Garage Door companies had offered me only appointments on Tuesday four days from now. Justin showed up on time and after examining all 3 Garage doors including the broken one, offered clear choices for repair/upgrade. The work was done efficiently. Brian came for a time to help. I am very pleased with the whole process and Justin. Would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Justin, our service technician, came out to fix a small problem I was having with the keypad. He arrived on time and kept me posted of his arrival time. He was very friendly, explained how he would fix the keypad and he commented that he would do a thorough check on the door to make sure it was in great working order. Justin is a definite asset to the company with great customer service skills and exceptional knowledge of his work. I highly recommend Justin and Precision garage door!

Brian did a great job but the price was way higher than expected. I may be confused but I did not see an option for a free estimate. I was told it would be $155 for the service call. My recommnedation to friends and family will be to get a free quote first.

Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

Brian was awesome!! Arrived on time, clearly explained all steps and my price options . Took pictures and demonstrated issues with rollers and actual opener unit. Explained why replacing other parts besides the spring would be beneficial to the life of my current garage door. Took the time to program all remotes and the keypad outside while also walking me thru the steps of the App for opening and closing the door when I am not home!

Brian was very professional and came at 10:15 and worked steady untill 5:40. We talked off and on as he worked and explained thoroughly after he had completed his work. A helper stopped by in the afternoon and then David came and helped tie things up at the end. Brian worked efficiently and as he took off each piece he put it in the van to keep it out of his way. He is a very orderly worker. I’m very pleased that I call your company to get my 2 new garage doors, they work perfect and look good. I was kept in the loop as to when the parts were coming and when I could expect the work to be done. Great company and fantastic workers, police and efficient.
