The service tech was courteous and professional and the work that was completed was done well. My only surprise was the $50 credit card fee that I discovered on my invoice after the fact. If I had been advised about the fee I would have used another form of payment.

My garage door opener failed. The original installer could offer only 5 day service. If I wanted emergency service (which was the number I called) there would be extra charges IF a service tech was available. I researched other service providers and chose Precision because they were polite and customer service focused from the start. The intake person asked if we had a safe way in and out of our home and then checked the emergency service schedule. Since it was full and we were safe, I was offered next day service. The technician arrived on time to repair our garage door. He made on assessment of the needed repairs and reviewed everything that might impact the safe and reliable function of the door going forward. He provided me with service options, and explained the merits of each option. I made an informed decision. He had all the necessary equipment on the truck and proceeded with repair. The door runs better than it ever has! I would highly recommend their service.

Jack Davenport installed a new door opener for me. He gave and explained my options and answered my questions. He explained and had patience with setting up an app, remote and car opener etc. I am 81 yrs. old and not very good with tec set ups. Friendly and polite. We were very pleased with the service provided and the technician (David Allen) who performed the work. I called Precision Garage Door Service in the morning because one of our garage doors was not operating correctly and was immediately scheduled for an appointment that same afternoon. Our technician arrived early, was very professional, quickly identified the problem, and provided various options to resolve it. Both garage doors and openers are 16 years old. The doors are still in great shape, so we choose to do a torsion conversion and add a new opener on both doors. Dave was very skilled and knowledgeable and was finished in less than 3 hours. He explained everything to us and set up all of our codes and keypads for us. We highly recommend the Precision Garage Door Service and our technician. Thanks for the great work!
