We have had our new doors for almost 3 years and love them! They are quiet and look nice. Today I needed someone to help reset the code on the outdoor remote pad and David did a quick and thorough job. He also did an inspection to make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend this company!

I made the decision to finally get my garage door repaired; after all, my neighbors don't need to know when I come and go. There were several companies listed, and somehow I connected with your company and made the call. The lady on the phone(almost closing time) was pleasant and advised that a technician would call between 8a and 10a the following morning to give a more accurate arrival time. Garrett was very pleasant and explained my options. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to persuade me to choose the highest option; he allowed me to make the decision. Should a friend or acquaintance need garage door help, I will recommend Precision.

Not sure what I was expecting but $175 later for a diagnostic fee that the garage door opener can’t be repaired through your services I guess I thought it could be re-connected until I could call my existing garage door company for a full work up There was no product purchased, and there was no repair done even though as far as the survey it won’t let you submit unless you choose an option of a repair, but there was no repair done

I bought openers from Precision over a year ago and was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and the way everything was explained and the emphasis on safety.
