My only comment is there is a keypad that was not changed with the work performed. Spending 3100 I would think that should have been caught.

Jonathon called ahead as promised, stated he was going to stop for something to drink . Then asked if he could bring me anything ! Jonathon arrived on time . He was very knowledgeable about his job . Gave me all my choices and completed the work in a great time frame. Courteous during the entire time at our home .

Trevor was amazing! I ultimately did not go through with the job due to not having the money at the time, but the amount of care, diligence and knowledge presented was so valuable!!! Thank Precision Garage! 5/5 stars!!! P.s. Trevor Baute was so nice that he offered me a beverage just in case I was thirsty since he was making a quick pit stop before coming to our home; amazing and very service friendly thing to do. I can tell he cares, and our conversation was very informative and open.

Thank you Precision! I found you on Angi (formerly Angie's List), called was able to get the work done in the same day. I was trapped in my garage and was not able to get to work. David Eilers was my technician and he was superb. He called while at his previous appointment, and called again when he was headed to my house. David was polite, professional, and very upbeat. They came in and showed us that replacing one opener was not as practical as both and since they were 25 yrs old good thing David was honest up front saying we may not be the cheapest they were the best and now we agree.

This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.

Jonathan was great. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He suggested I install a key in case my I find myself in the same situation ( my fault, dead battery on keypad and both remotes in the car). I liked the price and he was able to install the key today even though the squeezed me in.

I spoke to Elizabeth on the morning of my appointment and she was able to offer me an appointment earlier than expected, yay! She was professional and very nice, telling me to expect a message and call from David. David sent message and called to say he would be here with 25 minutes. He was right on time! David was also professional and super nice, asking me questions to figure out what was wrong. He gave me 4 options of what could be done and applied no pressure to pick the most expensive option. He was very through showing me what was wrong and how it would repaired. The repairs took less than an hour and he called me out to show me everything he’d done. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needed garage door repairs. Thank you David, Elizabeth and the whole team!

Yes, Precision did meet my expectations and solve my problem. Brad did a great job explaining to me what the issue was with my garage door. We had David A and Garrett install a new opener and repair a broken spring. They were great! They called when they were on the way, were professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They even paired the new opener with our cars. Highly recommend, very satisfied!
