The technician, Robert, was polite, professional, and very patient with me, answering all questions and concerns. He showed me where the problem(s) with garage door were, the options available allowing me to choose without any “sales” pressure. Robert then completed the job in a timely manner, leaving the garage area clean.

I called several places but Precision Door has a local owner. They offered no service charge if the repair work was completed. David checked our door and explained that it wasn’t safe to try a fix on it that would cost us about 1/2 of a replacement. We got the door we wanted and a new opener installed in less than a week. Jonathon and Tyler were great. My floor isn’t level but they used a bigger seal to close the gap. Super polite, professional company. Every time someone came to the house they called before they left and offered to pick up s coffee or other drink for me. A thoughtful gesture from a company that gives you personal attention. Thanks for a great experience

We loved everything about this business. Lucked out and got it installed the same day they came out to show us what they had. They had a cancellation on the same door and color we had picked out and it was the only one they had on hand. Did a beautiful job of installation and everyone involved could not have been nicer. While the tech seemed to be knowledgeable he was a salesman. I requested a repairman and was dissatisfied with his approach. When he quoted me three options the least at $560 I knew I was in trouble. I can buy a while NEW system at Lowe's for $179. He even pulled the circuit board from the motor, and without testing any diodes explained this may be part of the problem. I am familiar with these boards and know they can die but I assure this was not the case. It was evident my door problem was in the trolley. The years are stripped and grind when you go to open the door. I will not use your services in the future.

Service was scheduled extremely quickly for a totally non-functional garage door. One spring had come loose from a fractured support while the other spring had a major strain starting to form in it. The actual reason for the call was due to a faulty ball-bearing roller that had come loose in its support and was not allowing the garage door to function at all. Robert was AMAZING! For a small amount more than fixing the existing system he installed a brand-new torsion (single-spring) system in no time. The garage door has never functioned so flawlessly or quietly in all the time we've lived here. You can tell a noticeable difference in the ease the opener has lifting a fully insulated steel door; Robert also demonstrated the benefit of the new torsion system was releasing the door from the opener and lifting it with ONE finger! I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service any day! Robert was excellent from start to finish. He explained the repairs absolutely necessary to make the garage door operable and safe while not being pushy about the (practically minimal) upsell to the torsion system.

Brad was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and helpful to us regarding our defective Lift Master garage door opener. We have no qualms about his ability to do what was needed for the repair/replacement of our unit. However, unfortunately, the price he quoted to us to replace the single car garage door opener was outrageously expensive. We contacted another vendor, who gave us a price that was half what Precision quoted for us. Very disappointing. That explains the low rating we gave above for Precision.

The tech , Brad, was very good. I told him what was happening and he was quick to fix it and also point out a safety issue I had that I didn't know. One thing I really liked was that Brad didnt try to sell me anything - most companies send a sales rep to try and get the customer to spend more money. Brad didn't do that (thank goodness) - wanted to fix the problem and he did! Thank you!!

The first service person I think was confused. He walked around a lot with IPAD in hand and seemed to be talking to someone with ear piece and a hidden mike. After an hour of pacing he put in a new spring above the front of the garage door. A nice young fellow but appeared lost with the mechanical issues. Johnathan, who came the next day, knew what he had to do and got right to work. He replaced and installed the new parts of the operator and its parts immediately. This took some time and he gave it a great effort. I was impressed with his workmanship. He is a wonderful worker.

Precision Door Service did an excellent job with my repairs. Firstly, good telephone receptionist, very kind and helpful. Precision Door was available Thank God. That said, the technician, my man; Brad Riley was absolutely superb. Upon arrival, he talked with my wife first as I was out briefly picking up food. When I came back Brad was in the garage. Dumped my food, checked with my wife and wife said she really liked him. Stepped into garage and talked to Brad. I say this; Brad was extremely professional, engaging, clean cut, gave me full explanations of status, an accurate short suite of options. Q. what more could a customer ask for? You will never be disappointed with Precision Door. Great folks. Lastly, never hire anyone other than a United States Military veteran. Why? they are disciplined, taught how to serve others, and they care. Brad is a cool dude.

I am typically not one to write reviews which means the service I received was excellent. Robert Bongiorno came out to repair my garage and ultimately had to replace my opener. I love the fact that the technicians call ahead when on there way, they send messages with photos so you know who you’re letting have access to your home. Mr Bongiorno was very thorough in explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done which I greatly appreciated. Great garage door company!!

I moved to Loveland, Ohio from Columbus about a year ago. In Columbus we always had Precision come and deal with our garage door issues and we were very pleased with the service. I was happy when I realized there was service here in Loveland. The old garage door was not responding reliably. And was not able to be fixed. Rob was very courteous, answered all my questions in a clear and patient way. He gave me instructions about how the remotes and keypads worked. I was very pleased with the quick and professional work. And would highly recommend your company.
