Robert arrived two days early due to an appointment cancellation and arrived right on time. He is a great guy and did the work quickly and efficiently in my unheated garage. Best of all, all the required parts were on the truck. I'll definitely use them again.

I feel so lucky to have found Precision Overhead Garage Door services! The service tech was Luke and he was fantastic. He was incredibly nice and he came out on a freezing Saturday morning. He got my door fixed with a lifetime warranty and I just recommend this company to anyone. Great service, price and fast response. Just so pleased!

After a bumpy start our experience with Precision ended very well. Our garage door was stuck closed with both our cars inside. We tried a couple other Garage service companies but none of them could get a tech out until the next day or later. They said they be out the same afternoon. When no one showed up I called. They explained there was a scheduling error on their part. The General Manager called to apologize and sent out their senior tech, Dave. Arriving after hours Dave helped us get the door up to get the cars out. He was willing to stay and complete the repair but we agreed to have him come back the next day. Long story short the repair was done early the next day. We were especially happy with the communications they provided us. The repair was done efficiently and we are very satisfied. Sometimes “stuff” happens but Precision went the extra yard to keep this customer happy. I would recommend them to all others

Luke did a fantastic job top to bottom for us. Came early, gave an honest assessment, and stayed late to finish the job. Love the fact that you have a 24/7 service line to be able to call and make an appointment. Put my mind at ease after an emergency took place with our door. Would recommend to anyone!

My garage door opener had periods when it wouldn't shut and was very hard to open manually. Brian reviewed it proveded 3 options and explained how each would correct the problem and the extra 2 options would prevent future problems. It was a little more expensive than I had hoped but now I have a lifetime warranty. Brian was very professional and completed the work very quickly.

He showed me the problems with them and gave me options for replacement. Brian was on time and completed the work and installation as estimated. First, he was polite, professional, and very informative with my concerns. He gave me tips of how to maintain my door. He reprogram my garage opener.
