i'm not as happy as I was with previous two service calls . service request was to replace one broken roller hinge on left side of door . simple fix I thought . problem is your doors use different hinges so initial fix was to replace all hinges along that row includes two new rollers . your service tech said because rollers come as a set I had to replace all the rollers . shaft length ( way too long ) was not compatible with remaining existing hinges .one problem I have is why all the rollers had to be replaced ? is reason you charge me for the set so why not ? so new rollers longer shaft existing hinges door did not move as smoothly as I thought it should . your technician and I discussed and basically I had all hinges replaced all rollers replaced . one broken hinge $400 later . door is working smoothly so there is that . your technician very polite professional . however I felt he was more interested in pointing out how door opener rail in his opinion installed too high above door . pointing out how door sags . still not clear why I had to use your rollers in existing hinges when these were fine . maybe worth a call and you can explain it to me . I like you guys . you all installed a key lock for manual release for me at Friars Grn . previous owner lost key . and you installed a new garage door opener . works great so far. this review probably for internal consumption .

He arrived on time, completed a thorough diagnostic evaluation of our two garage doors, and provided four recommendations for our consideration. A second technician, David Allen, assisted Brian with repairing both garage doors, and installation of one new garage door opener. Both Brian and David are extremely competent, professional, and personable technicians, and are great representatives for your company. They were a pleasure to work with!

The service technician throughly explained everything in terms I could understand since I don’t work on garage doors. Did everything professionally and cleaned up my garage cleaner than it was when he got here. Replaced everything and put up everything for two doors on under 6 hours. Very impressed with the work and love the new doors. Brent Stringfellow the technician did an amazing job and will recommend him to anyone I know in need of garage repairs.

Extremely satisfied with the service! Brent gave us notification of his ETA numerous times on Monday which we very much appreciated, took the guess work out. On Tuesday, Will came to install the door and he also kept us informed of his ETA. We so appreciated both men and give Precision Door a kudos for their speedy delivery and installation of door. Wish other businesses were as organized and friendly as Precision Door. We would have loved to have put your sign in our front yard.

For 40 years I have been a home contractor and I have never met or used such an efficient home contracting company. From my initial meeting with Dave and him calling me as he was routing to meet me at my job site, to have an opportunity to meet Jake at their company to see the operation and I was well received. Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.

Brandon Quast was the technician who worked on my garage door and he was very professional and knowledgable of the garage door business. He explained everything that I needed to fix my garage door, then he explained to me what he would recommend to bring the door up to top quality as far as repairs in the future. It was quite more expensive but I told him to go ahead and do the more expensive work. He is an asset to your company. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. I shall certainly use your company in the future and I shall recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a garage door company in the future.
