Precision Door is my husband and I go to for all our garage door needs. Our relationship with Precision started last year when our motor needed replacing. While this visit was simpler, it was another opportunity to solidify our decision to only use Precision! Our technician was Brian Payne. Brian was personable, I felt he was very honest, kind, and knowledgeable. He made a repair, and addressed some future items to be aware of. I’m grateful for the partnership, and will continue patronizing this Cincinnati business.

Precision GDS is the epitome of professionalism We have purchased a garage door opener from David Allen. He was honest with us about the condition of our old garage door opener. He did not try to sell us somethig that we didn't need. I suggested a new opener, and he had options available for us. We ended up purchasing a Liftmaster opener, and he told us that it had a lifetime warranty, which was better than our old opener. We reccomend David very highly.

David was our technician and from the start was calling me to let me know his schedule for his day and when to expect him. He was very professional and could tell he knew what he was doing! He gave my husband and I three options and we switched a few things around for our repair to get it to fit our budget. We did have another estimate scheduled but after meeting David we canceled the other and he even stayed late to repair our doors right then!! We want to highly complement our technician, David Allen. He was so knowledgeable and presented options without any pressure. We had previously purchased another garage door operations system and it was inoperable from the beginning. David was not critical but spoke from his experience on why that system failed. We purchased a new operating system with David. This was our first time using Precision and we have been impressed above and beyond our expectations. After checking in with me, Brandon was able to get to my home earlier in the day than my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He performed a thorough check on my garage door and offered me four options, thoroughly explaining what each included, but putting no pressure on me at all. I really appreciated that! After my decision Brandon performed the work, explained his repairs and showed me everything he had done. My door now works great and is quieter than before. I would strongly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Brandon.

Brent came out for a repair and we wound up replacing the whole door but I am glad we did. And I have to say there was never any pressure to do so. He laid out all my options with honest answers to all my questions. The install was done promptly and looks great. He cleaned up after himself and should me how to operate things. He was very courteous and communicated well. The only negative was that one panel of the door has a small dent which will eventually affect the seal and he said they will be back to replace it. I will post an addendum later. So far, highly recommend.

Great communication from the office, tech showed up on time and appreciated the 30 minute call before arriving. Brain Payne our service Tech was great, went over our exsting garage door openers and suggested needed repairs. Replaced needed parts one one opener as well as installed a new garage door oepner. Would definitely call them anytime I need help with any of our garagre doors and openers.

On Monday, April 12, 2021 I had the rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door replaced. My appointment was an 8a-10a window. The technician who came to my home was David Allen. Before arriving he called then he texted me a photo. When David arrived he was friendly, courteous and wearing a mask. He was thorough and professional in explaining the work that he was going to do. When he finished he followed up with further explanation about the completed job. Then he made recommendations about future maintenance. The quality of his work was evident in the new expertly and securely installed rubber seal at the bottom of my garage door. Thank you for a job well done.
