Jake was great. We talked about everything but garage doors!He gave me a couple of options on what he could do to repair the broken springs on the garage door. He was courteous, very talkative and informative. I enjoyed the time he was here. Jake did a great job on the door and even went out of his way to correct a couple of other issues he noticed at no charge. I appreciate his timely arrival and would recommend him highly. I found out we have a lot in common. It truly is a small world. Call Jake if you need repairs.

Garage door was not functioning properly, and the Precision team was very thorough in determining the problem and successfully repairing a sensor issue. They evaluated all areas of the door, and we decided to replace the rollers which were very worn and not functioning properly. Very thorough and efficient work performed, and will definitely use in the future.

These people are the real deal. I didn’t get to meet Justin, but was told by my mother-in-law that he was super kind and courteous to her, and he also dealt with everything I needed over the phone in a super professional manner. Jake was the guy installing the door and what a good time it was to have him here. Very fun to talk to, got the job done very quickly and even hauled away my old garage unit which he did out of just being a nice guy so that I didn’t have to. Overall the professionalism of this business is a 12/10 and they got the job done sooner than promised. HIGHLY recommend using precision garage doors of Cincinnati for all of your garage troubles.
