Quick response for a worn out garage door. They had an insulated one in stock and they gave us a discount because we had to paint it to match our home color. They got it installed on the promise date. Very polite and professional employees!

I appreciate the friendly yet no non-sense approach Precision has to business. Jake showed up punctually for the scheduled time of his appointment, asked me a few questions, and immediately got to work on my concerns. Called and got an appointment for the next day. The installer actually called and said he could arrive an hour early. No problem for me. Jake arrived and explained what was needed for my door repair so that I fully understood. The repairs were made as explained and then Jake lubricated all moving parts at no extra charge.
