Chris was so prompt for garage service. He called me when he was on his way, and offered to get me a drink at the gas station during re fuel. He explained a good, better, best scenario and helped us figure out what would be best for our garage based on the priority issues. He fixed the issue in 2 hours and we have a working and great garage. He was professional and kind. 10/10 recommend!

the technician was there on time and courteous. talked a lot about safety issues and that we probably needed a new motor due to age of garage door and some things were failing. He gave us an estimate of 2500.00 dollars for everything that should be replaced to be safe. We thought that was pretty outrageous and told him no thank you. I called another company today and they told me it would be 499 to replace the motor. So I don't know why you are so expensive.

Jimmy came to my house yesterday to replace all moving parts on my garage door. From before he even showed up, until after he had left, his customer service was absolutely phenomenal. To add to that, when he figured out what was wrong with my garage, he gave many options to repair, with many options, and was absolutely not pushy about not getting the more expensive fixes. Once he was finished, he left my garage cleaner than it was when he got there. I won't hesitate to call them again if my garage breaks again. Alll in all the service was top tier, the work was done quickly and thoroughly, and performed by a personable and knowledgeable technician

I was having issues with my garage door remaining closed. I had tried to fix it myself, but ultimately, I called in a professional. James was absolutely terrific! He answered all of my questions and understood the frustration that I was facing. He checked everything out and told me the multiple issues I had. Our garage door wouldn't close with the remote and was loud. Jimmy came out and was nice and professional. He offered me Good ($1851.35 replace motor), Better ($3512.77 to replace motor & spring) or Best ($3695.40 replace motor, springs, wheels) options for the repair. They charged me $145 for the quote. Decided to get a second opinion. The Garage Door Man removed the spider web (silk reflects light) that caused the sensor to trip and lubricated the door parts for $123.97. Either Jimmy doesn't know how to repair a garage door, or it is an opportunity to take advantage of someone with a frustrating problem.

Chris came out to the house and took a look at the garage door that was no longer opening. I told him my concerns with the door and what happened and he was quick to share his expertise, conducted an inspection and then shared his findings. He invited me to take a look for myself and also provided pictures of what he was explaining to me. He then provided several different options on how fixing the door could be approached and there was no pressure to purchase. I went with a middle of the road approach and we had new springs and rollers installed. The door functions as it should and my wife even noted how quiet the door is when opening and closing now. When we decide to replace the motor and possibly add a new door, we will definitely be calling Precision again. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and just a good dude all the way around.
