Outstanding service today! Today Geoff was my technician, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. My new garage door opener was installed and works perfectly. Geoff walked me through the features and tested the opener to make sure I was comfortable using it before he left. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door today. It’s a Saturday so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I called for a service call. To my surprise they had same day availability later in the afternoon. To my delight technician Geoffrey Grouse called a short time later and said he was available earlier than expected. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and genuinely happy to help fix my garage door. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for replacing parts and pointing out what could break in the future. The pricing was fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for any and all garage door issues

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and their technician David Eilers. The service began prior to his arrival. A phone conversion addressed the possible issues which might not require a service call. David arrived on time with a smile on his face, introducing himself and letting us know he was here to solve our garage door issues. After a thorough investigation he explained our options and installed our new system, connecting it to our remotes, phones, and cars. A thorough training session followed. Job well done!

Great company, Christopher was on time and explained what he was going to do. He went over the whole door and opener and told me about the different steps to fix my door . He didn't pressure me in any way, he let me make all the decisions! After that he went right to work, and in no time my door was fixed. Will definitely use them again.

My power went out in the bad weather, and while I was trying to get my car out of the garage, the door stopped working, leaving my vehicle trapped inside. Christopher Wood arrived promptly and, in a very professional manner, diagnosed the issue with my garage opener. He fixed the problem, and I truly appreciate the quick and effective service. Additionally, it was a relief not to incur any extra charges during the holiday season.

Justin was very professional and very friendly. He evaluated the problems with my garage door and it's mechanism and walked me through everything before performing the repairs so that I understood everything upfront and there were no surprises. He quickly repaired the problem, much quicker than I thought possible. I have used Precision before and they have always been this way! And the biggest thing is that they always stand by their work. I would highly recommend them to my close family and friends!

I called and got a great technician out the next day. Jonathan let me know he was on the way. Great communication and very courteous. He and Harley did a great job installing the new openers and explaining the operation with me afterward, including having me set the code for the outside keypads. They also assessed other parts that needed to be replaced after 15+ years. Highly recommended!

Precision Door was quick to respond, had someone out the day my door broke, and was able to clearly explain the issues to me. Everyone I worked with was very personable and willing to help in any way possible. My door technician/installer, Keon, was fantastic. He was informative and helpful. He answered all of my questions. Keon provided stellar service and installed my door quickly. I appreciated the level of care he displayed. This is the second time i've used Precision Door, and I absolutely would again (hopefully I don't have any more issues though!)
