Our garage door was getting stuck when closing. I looked at many reviews from garage door repair companies and Precision looked the best to me. Many great reviews and rated highly. It was very easy to schedule a technician and Chris was excellent. On time, informative, friendly and answered all of our questions. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company! I booked an appointment online and Seth the technician said he was done with his other job early and asked if he could come early and of course I obliged. He was very upfront about the pricing and gave me options and was very thorough explaining the system and why the system I had failed. He did a great job on the install a lot quicker than I thought he would. The price for what I received in my opinion was pretty good. I would highly recommend this company and Seth.

It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David the technician was hard working and polite despite the heat of the day.

Service technician: Christopher Woods. Timely arrival, clear and concise explanation of service options, and swift completion of stated work characterized this visit. I purchased multiple products (including springs, rollers, cables, and garage door opener) to repair an erratically functioning door opener. The total cost was far in excess of what I anticipated. However, this was an investment in a functional system under warranty.

Very responsive to my inquiry. My technician Jonathan was very thorough and courteous. He explained multiple options and I ended up going with the option I felt best fit my needs. The job took approximately an hour and he cleaned up afterwards. Liftmaster is a solid product and my wife and I are happy with our new garage door opener. This product is whisper quiet when opening and closing.

Jonathan was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our garage door unit was a total wreck. The main spring was broken and the cables were frayed and the rotor wheels were cracked. Jonathan had to break in the door to gain access. Not an easy task to do with a dead weighted door. Excellent service with a lifetime warranty.

We've had many service people over the years but this, by far, has been the best experience ever. It started when I first called and was greeted by the pleasant service call receptionist who took down all the information then scheduled a time. Next was a call from the driver mentioning he could be early, then mentioned he had to stop and get gas first and wanted to know if he could pick up a drink for me while he was there. When he showed up he was friendly and personable and soft spoken. Then preceded to trouble shoot the GDO, pointing out what was wrong and offered to find a replacement at a good price. At no time was money discussed till we decided to replace the defective opener we had called about. We were blown away how reasonable it was. He removed the old and replaced with new in no time and cleaned up everything even programming our van to work with the new opener. I would recommend Precision GD anytime. Glad we chose them. 180 from the first company I called and decided not to use.
