We had David Allen reach out to us to let us know when he was an hour out, then again at a half hour… he was then early to arrive… always better to be early than late in my book… he was very professional and able to assist with our garage door issues… he offered us many different solution options in writing. My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to 3 different companies. Precision responded immediately and very professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by the Technician to let me know what his schedule looked like and he even offered to bring me a soda on his way! On March 1 2024 your technician David Eilers and his side kick showed up my house with a pretty big ego about everything, he showed me like 3 different options maybe more none I was too excited about so I told him I wanted a second opinion on what I needed and right at that point his attitude kicked in telling me my door was going to crash down and kill my wife and plenty more I won’t get into. I payed $175.00 just for an estimate and that’s how I get treated. Then he takes off with my remote and an hour and a half later has to drive all the way back to my house and still had no respect. And today March 7 2024 I had another company come out and give estimate for $19.95! And performed work in a timely manner for a total of $485.00 Precision lowest price was $1100.00!
