Wonderful experience, first company I called with great reviews that could come out the quickest. Very friendly and professional service. We were given many options to choose from with the repairs that were needed. Once our new motors were installed we were walked through the set up process with both doors, keyless entry pads and the app on our phones. Dave also programmed our cars with the new remotes. Just an awesome experience all around.

Justin our technician was very thorough and understanding. He explained his thought process and what steps he recommended for repair. Easy to converse with and not over pushy or focused on upsales. Would recommend Justin. Any issues I encountered was playing phone tag with him as the number he called me from initially would go to the customer service office and they would have to text to get a return call. Also no discounts offered besides credit card fee process discount if paid by check. Overall satisfied with the experience but in today’s economy every $$$ matters.

I was having problems with my garage door not closing properly. I called on a Tuesday and they sent Justin out the very next day. He called to let me know when he would be arriving and even sent me a picture and a little bio of himself so i would know it was him when he arrived. He had to make a stop to get gas first and asked if he could get me anything. How thoughtful was that!!! He did his inspection and found the problem. He discussed the different options and asked if I had any questions. He got to work and now my garage door works perfectly. He explained everything he did and showed me how to work my new openers. He had everything he needed in his van so everything was completed in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Precision Door and Justin Napierala.

Jonathan is a professional who takes pride in being thorough and doing it right. He did his evaluation of our door repair needs and provided “Good, Better, Best” options to allow flexibility. He got to work and didn’t quit until the job was finished (despite the blazing hot temps). Precision is truly focused on customer service which is awesome to these days.

Absolutely terrible place. Take pride in their reviews I was told. I should have read the 1 stars first because it is the exact same experience as most other people. My technician was rude and annoying and super awkward. Started out alright. He looks at my torque master spring system then just tells me they don’t make replacement parts. Not only that he doesn’t carry the parts or doesn’t service that type but lies to tell me they don’t make replacement parts for that system. He then goes to do his full safety check and good lord if they don’t shove that down your throat. In this time I look up my spring system and found an entire replacement kit for 165 dollars… the whole system. Fixing the whole spring setup. Come back out to him saying my opener is awful and “burning” and that I need a new opener and springs system… 1500 dollars for just the spring or 3500 for the spring and opener…. Insanity. I then say I would like to print it out and get some other opinions and this weird tech Justin got so mad and offended. He literally acted shocked I would want to compare then throws a 150 dollar “service charge” at me after he realized I don’t want to do it.

Knowledgeable, efficient, fair price. The repairman was a bit "salesy", but was able to explain the mechanical problems to my satisfaction, and we ended up replacing both doors' springs and rollers. The doors themselves are twenty years old, but in surprisingly good shape, and he did not recommend replacing them, or either of the existing openers. The doors now work vastly better. This repair does not fit in the choices below.

Our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was positive from beginning to end. Our door malfunctioned on a Sunday, and it was helpful that even on Sunday we were able to talk with a live person. We set an appointment for Monday. Prior to the appointment, we received a text including the name and picture of the technician being sent. He arrived on time, and was friendly and professional. After asking a few questions and assessing the situation, he presented us with three options (good, better, best) with pricing. I would certainly recommend Precision to others.

Saying that, be aware that the prices recently has skyrocketed. If you are like me (relying on others to do your job), it would be worth to shop around (if you can) just to get an idea of the market prices.
