We were grossly over charged to change a spring. We called another company and they're doing 2 other garage door springs at our house for less than their price for ONE door. I guess since we are senior citizens, we didn't know any better. And then, when we tried to open the door the next morning, it didn't work. they had to send out another guy to "sync" it.

Keon Tillman was the technician who installed our Garage Door. He called before to inform me when he will be arriving. He even sent a bio on himself and his picture. He even asked me if I wanted a coffee. He did an outstanding job on the installation and my wife and I were very pleased with the finished work. He cleaned up after the work was finished, and was very easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Keon and Precision for Garage Doors.

Harley was very knowledgeable and very courteous. When he called ahead, he insured that the timeframe for our appointment was still good for us. He had to stop and get gasoline for his vehicle and he offered to bring us coffee or water or anything we needed. He gave us three options for repairing our garage door. We really appreciated that. We would recommend precision garage door repair to anyone.

Chris Woods was the technician who came out to fix my blunder. While replacing a spring, something I’ve done more than once, I ended up with an unbalanced door and it came off the track leaving it hanging dangerously. In less than 24 hours Chris was able to come out and fix everything perfectly. Not only did he get the door back on track but he made all the needed repairs in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me. Chris was very polite and offered to pick me up a beverage while enroute to my house. He also provided some useful safety information about my door. Thank you Chris! You are a very competent professional and a great representative for Precision!
