As mentioned in the television commercial, arriving with a fully loaded truck, allowing same day repair service, was a key driver in our decision to choose Precision. Joe- As always your garage door products, service and life time warranty is the absolute best in the industry, hands down and bar none!!! Johnathan Guffey the installer for our new opener arrived within the scheduled time, he was professional, took time to explain the issue we had with our old 11 yr old opener and installed, programmed not just the opener but also the new key pad, remote opener’s for cars both new and reprogrammed the old ones, in addition to the manufacturer vehicle push button remote opener’s in our vehicles. He answered questions and wasted no time getting the job done. He also adjusted the springs on the garage door. Johnathan was very thorough, cleaned up all trash, and made sure we were happy with the install. Hands down the only garage door company my wife and I will recommend! Be proud of the employees you have working for you sir, they are top notch and represent your company very well!

While the technician explained the situation, I found the overall experience was very expense with the options given to me. On top of everything, the service charge which was $175, which was never disclosed with any of my conversations with anyone within this company. I would not recommend this company. I was expecting more from this company.
