Keon was fantastic! He did a great job at installing our new door, rails, opener, keypad and trim. The door and all of its components look amazing. Keon was very thorough about explaining everything before he started, as well as after and walked us through the keypad/power unit. Would recommend precision to anyone who needs a new garage door or even repairs.

I needed a simple spring replacement on my garage door, but they wanted to charge me more than $1100. All Kevin wanted to do was up sale me instead of fixing my garage door. I will be moving on to a company that doesn’t want to take advantage of me.

Kevin O'Hara is a Professional. He is very courteous and thoughtful. His work is as smooth as butter. His work flow reminds me of a well choreographed dance. He is definitely a Professional. Cleans up all the junk items and cardboard boxes when work is done. We had great conversation and he explained everything that was wrong that should be replaced and gave me several options to choose from to complete the work. I am very happy with the service and installation of my garage door parts. All of my wear parts were replaced including the door opener. Door operates smooth and quiet. I will recommend Kevin and Precision to all my neighbors. Thanks Kevin for a great installation!

I was very happy with the work that was done. Christopher was my tech and he was courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He was on time and attended to the issue promptly. He was delightful to work with. My only reason for not giving a 5 star rating, was that when I made the reservation I was unable to receive any idea what the work might cost. I needed the large battery in the garage door opener replaced and it was not listed in their computer. It was not until the battery was being installed that I found out how much the work would cost. Luckily, it was very reasonable. But that information needed to be in the computer

Christopher was professional, courtesy and on time. He did a wonderful job explaining the garage door opener options and finished everything fast. He even blew out all the leaves in our garage to make sure nothing got in the way of the door closing! I'm extremely pleased with the service and this company and highly recommend them - especially Christopher.

My Sears Craftsman garage door opener hit 30 years of service last month and died today. I found these guys online via Google - searching for same day service. Chris arrived 90 minutes after I called. Very knowledgeable and professional. New Liftmaster opener, springs, rollers, etc. all installed in about 3 hours. Highly recommend.
