We had Justin come out and service our garage door. He called about 45 minutes before he got there to let me know he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come early. When he got here he made sure to get as much info as he could to find out what happened. When he did his review of our system he made sure to explain everything that was going on. We had a broken spring and other components were in bad condition. He gave us options on how they could get our door back up and running. We decided to do a full rebuild and replaced all of our components. Justin made sure to fully explain everything he was doing. He was quick and effecient with his work. I would reccomend precision to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement especially our technician Justin!

Our technician (David) did a fantastic job. We have a 45 year old (heavy) cedar sided door. The weight of the door was causing multiple problems. David explained everthing in terms that I could understand and laid out options in address the problems. I feel very confident the door mechanics are in better shape than it's been in a long time

I tried to put a review on your website, but it says it doesnt support a secure connection. You might want to upgrade to HTTP if you want to get more reviews. Technician David Allen replaced everything in my garage because the motor etc broke down. He did an outstanding job in a short period of time. He was easy to talk to - knowledgeable about what needed to be done - and let me make my own decision as to total cost. The garage door is working great now. We were happy to be able to get a quick appointment to have the garage door serviced. David Eilers was very courteous and explained everything very thoroughly. After he replaced the springs, bearings, cables, and rollers the door now is very quiet and operates as smoothly as new.
