David did an outstanding job! He replaced my 27 year old Genie with a new Lift Master along with springs and rollers. He was quick and efficient. He also installed a wall mounted switch, a new keypad outside and got my Homelink set up. I was shocked to hear everything would be taken care of on the same day. Did the work in a timely fashion and actually got more than what I thought I was going to get. Would not have a problem recommending them.

I made a mistake by calling you. Your $1,500 scam didn't work. I had a sagging chain that needed to be fixed. Your guy spent an hour taking everything apart before telling me it would cost $1,500 to fix the problem without ever telling me about the chain. Another company came, the guy looked at it, told me the problem and cost and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Cost less than 1/5 of your quote. So, I am out $145 which I paid you for the scam. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau about the scam and then posting my review on Facebook to my 1,000+ friends. I will await your call to refund my money before I take action.

Older house with garage under back of house with limited access and headroom he explained the options and recommendations were exactly what we needed. Spent time explaining the new equipment and operation and answered our questions completely. Your employee, Justin, is a great employee and represents your company so well. He asked me a lot of questions before he started about the problem and really listened so he understood what was needed. He was so very patient, kind, and understanding to the young woman on the phone and me when we were troubleshooting an IT type issue. He was very engaged and just made me feel like my problem was not unimportant and had his full attention. Justin should get a raise or bonus for all the work he had to do this morning on my opener and with having to contend with my dogs and my stupidity. He is a great guy! Justin’s parents and his boss should be so proud of the wonderful young man they have raised. I love this company and have been with them since 2011 and would never use any one else. They have a great staff, great product, and coverage for their products. They are quick to respond when other companies I have called are days to weeks out for service.

Precision Door Service installed my garage door opener several years ago shortly after I moved in. I reached out again recently when my garage door was not responding consistently to the remote. The office was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The technician, Jonathan, was very professional, courteous, and personable. He checked the system and found the cause to the issue. The door also had worn cables, rollers, etc. from the original install years ago. These were replaced and the door now functions like new. He also helped me reconnect the system to the WiFi. I was also very pleased with the text updates for the appointment including who the technician would be along with his photo. I definitely would recommend your company and also appreciate your customer service.

From start to finish my experience with precision was phenomenal. When I first called, the associate I spoke with was very friendly and able to get me on their schedule for the next morning. I had another associate call later that day to confirm my window for the next morning. She also walked me through how the inspection would go. Then emphasized the importance of safety, and that they would send me a message to include the name and picture of the technician that would be coming to my house. The morning of the appointment, Anthony called me to let me know how far out he was and that I should have received a text with his name and picture, as safety is a top priority for precision. Anthony could not have been friendlier or more professional. He walked me through every step of the process and then explained each part of the report and what options there were. All while my 3 year old presented him with every stuffed animal in his collection. Anthony was extremely patient and professional throughout. He was able to take care of the work in the same appointment, and I feel very confident in the product and service. I highly recommend precision to anyone.

Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

David explained the options and pricing for a new Liftmaster opener and work that needed to be done. David was very friendly and professional and proceeded to do the work.
