Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.

Brandon Quast was the technician who worked on my garage door and he was very professional and knowledgable of the garage door business. He explained everything that I needed to fix my garage door, then he explained to me what he would recommend to bring the door up to top quality as far as repairs in the future. It was quite more expensive but I told him to go ahead and do the more expensive work. He is an asset to your company. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. I shall certainly use your company in the future and I shall recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a garage door company in the future.

Brian was fantastic! He called earlier in the day to ensure the time still worked and called when he was in route to my home. Upon arrival, we discussed the issues in further detail. Before beginning work, he did a multi check on the whole system. He pointed out a couple things that he recommended fixing, and I didn’t feel pressured to pursue those options. He did a fantastic job in getting our new sensors hooked up. Highly recommend Precision and Brian.

Precision GDS is the epitome of professionalism We have purchased a garage door opener from David Allen. He was honest with us about the condition of our old garage door opener. He did not try to sell us somethig that we didn't need. I suggested a new opener, and he had options available for us. We ended up purchasing a Liftmaster opener, and he told us that it had a lifetime warranty, which was better than our old opener. We reccomend David very highly.

David was our technician and from the start was calling me to let me know his schedule for his day and when to expect him. He was very professional and could tell he knew what he was doing! He gave my husband and I three options and we switched a few things around for our repair to get it to fit our budget. We did have another estimate scheduled but after meeting David we canceled the other and he even stayed late to repair our doors right then!! After checking in with me, Brandon was able to get to my home earlier in the day than my scheduled time, which worked out great for me. He performed a thorough check on my garage door and offered me four options, thoroughly explaining what each included, but putting no pressure on me at all. I really appreciated that! After my decision Brandon performed the work, explained his repairs and showed me everything he had done. My door now works great and is quieter than before. Brandon arrived on time and got right to work. He did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix our garage door. He replaced the garage door opener and the springs. I’m pleased with his service as well as the products that I purchased. I’d definitely use Precision again if needed.
