This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.

Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! It was my first repair on our garage door, and I was pleasantly pleased with Robert's diagnosis and options for repair. It would not raise the door He explained it well to me and agreed to speak on the phone with our son with a full explanation. The springs that were up were not adequate for our double door and not up to safety standards. A torsion system was installed and old coils removed. All was completed in about an hour. Did not expect that repair, but do feel comfortable with the additional safety involved. Would recommend company especially Robert to others in need of help. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to fully repair the door with a full 100% warranty. All was cleaned up by Robert and would get back to him if possible.
