We have been renovating our home for the past year, and we needed new garage doors. Our doors were original to our house (1965), wood, custom made, and conspiring to injure us or damage our cars. There are many companies that sell garage doors in Cincinnati. We contacted four of them. Of the four, Precision Garage Doors was the most professional and offered the best product. From the first call until the final installation every point of contact with Precision was pleasant and helpful.

David went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of the installation. We are very happy with the whole product, including the smooth and quiet operation, the attractiveness of this door, the motion-detection light, improved keyless entry, the increased comfort of the garage due to having an insulated door, and the lifetime warranty. I was pleasantly surprised by what an improved look this gave our house. Worth every penny.

We chose your company thru glowing customer reviews online. Brian came to assess our problems. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that we understood the problem and our options. He replaced our garage door opener, rollers (and other minor things) and put in a new keypad, which hadn’t worked for 35 plus years. The garage door works well now, is QUIETER, doesn’t jump and rattle or get stuck, and the rollers don’t jump off the track! This brings us peace of mind in knowing a job is well done and we can depend on good performance from our garage door in the future. Wonderful experience from; setting appointment, communication through text/email up to arrival of repair crew, tracking crew arrival and time through GPS/mapping link, explanation of necessary repair and options, non pressure sale, timely and efficient repairs and reasonable cost. I called Precision Garage Doors to replace my garage doors' broken spring. They advertised same day service, but I didn't get that. However, they sent me an excellent technician and I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done. The technician, Will Izera, did an outstanding job. He was professional, personable, and pleasant to talk to. I felt comfortable having him in my home and I really enjoyed talking with him as he worked. I don't know much about garage doors, springs, and openers but Will made what he was doing look easy. He explained the parts, the mechanical workings of the door and the options Precision Garage Doors could offer me. Since I had never had my garage door serviced since I had it installed in the 1990's, I chose to have a complete overhaul of the door. Before Will's overhaul, my garage door would squeak, click, and make a popping noise when it opened or closed. After the overhaul, my garage door is operating as smoothly and quietly as if it was brand new. I am very pleased with the service and really impressed with my technician, Will Izera. He is quite a young man. As a side note, Will has convinced me of the value of getting a smartphone. I'm an elderly retiree and have never saw the need to own a smartphone. Wil explained the advantages of being able to control my garage door, and other devises, with various smartphone applications. He made a lot of sense to me, and I now feel like I'm ready to take the smartphone plunge. Thanks Will!

Picked because of Overhead Door recognition factor. Had new springs put on by Brian. He was polite and knowledgeable, called before hand to let us know his arrival time and was spot on.
