Excellent service. I called and they were out the next day. The customer service rep was kind and considerate. The repairman texted before coming out as I had requested. He knew exactly what to do on arrival and all of the tools were with him. Everything was fixed within an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend.

On time, fixed the issue and was priced reasonably. I’d use them again in a heartbeat. And I’d like to add our technician was great. One spring had broken so we had them replace both. He stated there was no need to replace one of the doors wire cords, saving us money. Would recommend highly.

I was not familiar with Precision before today, but I would call them again in a heartbeat. They were the only company who was willing to work us into their schedule today, as our door just broke this morning. Then, George showed up RIGHT at 2pm for a 2-4pm window, which is unheard of, but so appreciated. He was super friendly, quick, and professional, and the price was extremely fair.
