Brian was very knowledgeable and professional. He performed a quick, but thorough assessment and was able to provide a good set of reasonably priced options for consideration, and provide details on the strengths and weaknesses of each. He did all this without a hint of pressure and was very personable. As the door and opener had been in place for at least 11 years and appeared to have had little upkeep, Brian had to replace the springs, rollers and install a new opener. And again this was done quickly and professionally, and the workspace was left clean and free of the dirt and debris that is always a part of that type of work. Would highly recommend Brian and Precision Door to anyone requiring service.

I had damaged my garage door Friday night, and needed to have it repaired or replaced quickly. I called on Saturday morning, and the staff was very nice and quickly scheduled an appointment for me to have a technician come look at it on In a couple hours of my call. I received a text message about who is coming with a picture, which was amazing! Technician Brian was on time, very professional and nice, and quickly determined what was needed. I was given three choices of new garage doors and he was not pushy at all. He was very quick in determining the availability of the parts and came back to replace the garage door within one hour. His work was very professional and I did not see any pieces of old materials left behind which I sometimes do with some workers. I’m extremely pleased. hello I had an Overhead door and could not reach a human to help me. I found your website and called, got a nice young lady who promptly scheduled me for a Saturday appt the next day (I work so Sat appts are great no taking off work!) I was informed all Saturday morning up until my service man arrived , Brent Stringfellow ( I was even sent a picture of Brent so I would Be sure the right person was who they said they were) Brent was very personable but professional. Explained all and did not pressure me for the top of the line. It was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had.
