Kevin came out initially when my garage door spring (yeah, just one) broke. We decided to get an insulated door to replace my flimsy sheet metal one and told me when he would be back to install it. Kevin always called ahead to let me know he was coming and did excellent work. No mess left to clean up, just a really great working/looking door. Our garage door opener stopped working about a week ago.All I wanted was a decent one installed at a fair price.The last company which put one in replaced it first, billed us right after and didn't even quote us.We ended up working it out, but it was a frustrating experience. Dealing with Precision was much better. I called John who put me in touch with the office , who in turn sent out Austin and within a day we were back up and running.What I liked so much about this was that Austin found the problem, called me with it and explained in laymans turns how he could fix the old one at such a cost or replace it with a new one at such a cost. And by the way, my wife found the last bill from about 15 years ago and Precisions new garage door opener was only a little more. Thank you.

The entire experience was professional and efficient. When you call, there is a very pleasant person, Heidi who answers. No need to leave a message. I called yesterday and the garage was fixed today, Austin called prior to arriving and was on time. He explained what needed to be done and then got to it. The door needed work done to the spring pulley system that was not done properly by Overhead Garage Door less than 2 years ago. I am more than satisfied, I would highly recommend using this company. They are precise. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Selected Precision Door because they were able to get a tech. here within an hour of my call. Door opener was not working. Chris (tech), after looking at it suggested a replacement and I agreed as the old one was 20 years old. Also suggested replacing the springs and rollers. Same 20 years so I said OK. Chris was professional and answered my questions.
