The result of the work is fine, but I walked away feeling scammed. I signed for a specific price, but they tried to charge me $30 more than I signed for, the eventually acted like it was a favor to remove $15 of it, and ended up paying more than I signed for. They also left with a gap in my garage door when closed. I had them come back and fix it, and they said the assumed it had always been like that. It took them all of 10 minutes to fix. If they had my interest in mind, they would have fixed it, or at least told me about it before they left. I didn't notice it until after they left. They didn't even show me that it worked before leaving, in my mind, because I would have seen that gap. Not happy at all with being charged too much in general, but they get you because you have to pay them $75 if you don't use them, for the service call. For what it's worth, I googled how much to pay for a professional spring installation, and it was $200-$300. I paid $404.

I called this morning about an issue with my garage door opener, we had a chain drive and it was only 2 years old. Ray came out within 1 hour from us calling and he had a new belt drive put in and it only took him an hour. I am very impressed with the service and lifetime warranty and no service fee! This belt drive is so quiet and I love it. Thanks for doing such a good job and I will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing help with their garage.

A text message was received prior to Terry Whites arrival including a Bio and picture; Terry arrived approximately 15 minutes later. Terry showed me the problem and explained everything that needed done, then he fixed the issue. Terry was fantastic! Highly recommend based on my experience.

Called PDS for garage door repair. Ray was the technician. A text was sent before arrival with his photo and bio. I thought that was a nice touch. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Explained everything and showed me the bad parts. Repaired the door in under an hour. I was very pleased with everything. The price was right. Would not hesitate to call again.
