My spring got busted on Sunday and the garage door became almost non-functional. I called Precision because they were not one of the large and faceless companies and they serve my area. To my surprise, the owner answered my phone call and showed up at my door an hour later to assess the damage -- really? who answers their phone calls and works on Sundays these days! In any case, John explained all the options to me and was very flexible in scheduling the time for a technician to come on Monday. The technician showed up exactly on time, repaired the spring and tightened up all the assemblies on both of my garage doors. If the quality of the work holds up with time, I will definitely use Precision to replace my garage doors, assemblies and motors when we budget for those.

This is not our primary home, therefore I'm not always very familiar with area businesses. I tried calling two garage door companies, just by Google searches. One didn't return my call, and the other company made two visits and still couldn't manage to get me two garage door opener remotes. I made ONE call to Precision. The lady that answered my call imidiately went into action, figuring out how they would help me on the day of my call. They fit me in their busy schedule for that day, gave me the name of the service man, and immediately emailed me a picture of him. When he got here, it took Kevin less than 5 min to have my remotes programmed and running. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, and they will always have our business. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their employees. Thank you!

Rating: 5 Stars! I am a member of Angie's List and chose Precision b/c of the company's outstanding reviews. The technician was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He accurately assessed the situation and provided a concise analysis and recommendations to addess the issues. The technician placed the door back on track, replaced the rollers, old bolts, tightened the door's reinforcement joints, and installed a remote entry panel. I recommended Precision to two of my neighbors.

Picked your shop out of the phone book. Your man was prompt and did a nice job. He did not have a spring for my door, but gave me an alternative way to replace. So far it seems to be satisfactory. He did say I would have an invoice e-mailed but I did not receive it.
