From the first words out of the serviceman's mouth I knew he was going to find so much wrong with my door; I only needed a wire reconnected to a bracket to get my door working a gain, I was given three estimates ranging from $612.32 $836.72 to $995.84. I only needed one item your quote showed - a bottom bracket for $61.54. YOur add says we are not sales people, well, that's a joke. I told your guy we were having a lot of medical bills right now and could not afford anything but to get the cable reattached. Didn't seem to phase him did it? Oh yeah, after I told him I could not afford anything like these amounts, he proceeded to tell me there was a $175 service call.

Our garage door opener stopped working with the remotes. David was very nice. Did an inspection and took pictures and explained everything. We have several problems with the door. Cracks going through the panels. Two different springs. So we fill the door is unsafe.

We came home from vacation to find a broken garage door spring. I called ( on Memorial Day) to get an appointment. Amazingly I got scheduled for the next day ( today) in the morning. David arrived on time and was most courteous. He offered several options for the repair. Our equipment was pretty worn out and David repaired and replaced what was needed and was done quickly. I would certainly recommend Precision and David. It’s not often these days to find this level of service.

I had great service from Precision. I came home late Saturday night and couldn’t open my garage door. I figured out the spring broke. I chatted with Precision on Sunday morning and made an appointment for Monday morning. My service guy David was super friendly and helpful and got me set up with new springs. I also had them replace cables and rollers because they were rusted. Also found out that the opener had some burns on the board so he replaced that too. Got it all done that morning. Super pleased with the service and now I have a super quiet opener and I can get my car out of the garage. Thanks!

We had some issues spring up over the weekend with our garage door. David came out on time and provided us several quotes based on what we discussed initially, and even pointed out the same problem was beginning on our other door. He was very informative and described exactly what he’d be fixing up front. Once we settled on the work to be done, he completed it quickly and efficiently and even had us come out and see it all before he packed up. I bought openers from Precision over a year ago and was impressed by the professionalism of the technician and the way everything was explained and the emphasis on safety. The dispatcher was personable and able to get a service technician out the same day I called. David the service tech was on time and provided a detailed estimate and explanation on what needed to be done to properly repair the broken spring on our garage door. After further discussion I suggested replacing the other springs and rollers as they were all the same age. David said he had all the parts needed and would be able to complete all the additional garage repair work I requested that same day. I was very pleased with the final results and the 7-year warranty provided by Precision.

My only comment is there is a keypad that was not changed with the work performed. Spending 3100 I would think that should have been caught.

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service mainly because of their reputable reputation. Also, I liked the idea of the trip charge being deducted from the overall cost of the service.(Other companies that I called, that was not the case) We called them on a Monday, and they were at our house by Tuesday at noon. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did the work that day and he did a great job. We were very pleased with the service.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.

This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.
