Knowledgeable, efficient, fair price. The repairman was a bit "salesy", but was able to explain the mechanical problems to my satisfaction, and we ended up replacing both doors' springs and rollers. The doors themselves are twenty years old, but in surprisingly good shape, and he did not recommend replacing them, or either of the existing openers. The doors now work vastly better. This repair does not fit in the choices below.

Our garage door opener was behaving as though it was possessed. On some occasions it would open about 3 feet and then stop, sometimes it would open a few inches and sometimes it would start to open then close again. Our technician, David showed me the fried circuit board in the opener and gave us several options including repairing the existing opener. We decided to have the old one replaced and figuring it would take a few hours; I sorted three loads of laundry while waiting. The new opener is now much quieter, the control has a display with the time and temperature, which I love, and the work was all done before I finished my first load. I could not recommend these guys more. My only regret is that I can only give them a 5-star rating and not a 10!

David explained to me how he was going to fix the garage door. He also checked the motor of the garage door opener. He told me that there were three levels of the garage door opener. I decided to get the best one with that has lifetime protection. He did a great job fixing the garage door and putting in the new garage door opener. I’m very pleased with the work that David did on the garage door and opener.

David was amazing. I originally only needed a broken spring replaced (or so I thought). He did a full work up of the garage door/system to make sure everything else was working properly and actually found a lot of other problems since my system is 17 years old and original to the house. He pointed out each area of issue and showed me everything that would need to be replaced eventually and why. He found metal shavings coming off of the chain drive gear, burnt wires on the circuit board and capacitor and fraying cables. However, he never got pushy or tried to convince me to replace everything at that moment. Due to David taking his time to explain everything and showing me everything that was failing or would fail in the relative near future, we went ahead and had everything replaced anyway. We ended up replacing the springs, cables, rollers, door opener, and remotes. Thanks to David, everything is running smooth and safe.

the technician was there on time and courteous. talked a lot about safety issues and that we probably needed a new motor due to age of garage door and some things were failing. He gave us an estimate of 2500.00 dollars for everything that should be replaced to be safe. We thought that was pretty outrageous and told him no thank you. I called another company today and they told me it would be 499 to replace the motor. So I don't know why you are so expensive.
