Chose Precision Garage Door after reading other reviews on line. It was easy to set up an appointment, and the employee that took my information was polite and professional, The technicians arrived at my home promptly, explained what they would do, and got right to work. I was shown what needed to be done, and what my options and costs would be. I did not feel pressured, just informed. The job was finished that afternoon and I was totally satisfied with the results. David the technician was hard working and polite despite the heat of the day.

I used to use A&E to service our garage door since I’ve had a relationship with them for years and I’ve heard good things about Precision so I gave them a call when one of our springs broke and we’re so glad I did because they went over everything on our door and found several critical things wrong… our service tech David was great to work with plus they also came out the same day I called which was fantastic!! Our technician (David) did a fantastic job. We have a 45 year old (heavy) cedar sided door. The weight of the door was causing multiple problems. I chose to make an appt with Precision due to 1. Facebook ad and 2. reading reviews. I was not disappointed. My garage door opener was opening but not closing. As soon as David Eilers from Precision showed up....true story...the remote worked! Open and close! The man is a magical unicorn. Gladly paid the service call for all over inspection. Knowledgeable, efficient, fair price. The repairman was a bit "salesy", but was able to explain the mechanical problems to my satisfaction, and we ended up replacing both doors' springs and rollers. The doors themselves are twenty years old, but in surprisingly good shape, and he did not recommend replacing them, or either of the existing openers. The doors now work vastly better. This repair does not fit in the choices below.

Our garage door opener was behaving as though it was possessed. On some occasions it would open about 3 feet and then stop, sometimes it would open a few inches and sometimes it would start to open then close again. Our technician, David showed me the fried circuit board in the opener and gave us several options including repairing the existing opener. We decided to have the old one replaced and figuring it would take a few hours; I sorted three loads of laundry while waiting. The new opener is now much quieter, the control has a display with the time and temperature, which I love, and the work was all done before I finished my first load. I could not recommend these guys more. My only regret is that I can only give them a 5-star rating and not a 10!
