My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to 3 different companies. Precision responded immediately and very professionally. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. I was contacted by the Technician to let me know what his schedule looked like and he even offered to bring me a soda on his way! On March 1 2024 your technician David Eilers and his side kick showed up my house with a pretty big ego about everything, he showed me like 3 different options maybe more none I was too excited about so I told him I wanted a second opinion on what I needed and right at that point his attitude kicked in telling me my door was going to crash down and kill my wife and plenty more I won’t get into. I payed $175.00 just for an estimate and that’s how I get treated. Then he takes off with my remote and an hour and a half later has to drive all the way back to my house and still had no respect. And today March 7 2024 I had another company come out and give estimate for $19.95! And performed work in a timely manner for a total of $485.00 Precision lowest price was $1100.00!
