Our tech Brent was very knowledgeable and helpful in going through all the options on our garage door opener installation. He ensured I had everything set up to my satisfaction on my app, etc before he left. Very professional and easy to deal with. Thoughtful too! Asked if I wanted him to pick me up some coffee on the way over! Above and beyond customer service expectations!

For 40 years I have been a home contractor and I have never met or used such an efficient home contracting company. From my initial meeting with Dave and him calling me as he was routing to meet me at my job site, to have an opportunity to meet Jake at their company to see the operation and I was well received. Finally, Will was an extremely efficient installer of my garage door. I am extremely happy with the product and customer service that Precision Door has provided me. I would highly recommend them and give them 6 stars if I could!

I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. To start, I was shocked when they booked my appt for the next day from the time I called. Since my car was stuck in the garage until they could fix it, that alone won me over. Brandon was prompt, professional, communicated very well and was also very knowledgeable. Next year we plan on buying new doors and will come here to make that purchase. I recommend them - 100%!!

Brandon arrived on time and got right to work. He did a great job of explaining exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix our garage door. He replaced the garage door opener and the springs. I’m pleased with his service as well as the products that I purchased. I’d definitely use Precision again if needed.

Happy with the service. Answered phone right away and got me scheduled. They helped me coordinate with technician since he was able to arrive early. Technician (Brandon) was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient and answered all questions. He fixed the broken spring, added new rollers, and new drums/cable all in same day as I called. Can't really comment on value of price because I had nothing to compare it to. I think it was about $800 all in (parts, labor, taxes etc) but overall I am happy.

I was sold on your reviews from others. I was pleased Precision Door sent a technician and not a repairman, which indicated, I would not be charged by you, for showing up. Your tech was very engaging and knowledgable, represented your organization well. He was direct, and honest, and offered more than one option to correct my issues. I had 2 bottom rails, and seals replaced. Will be a customer for life.

David Allen came to repair a broken belt on my garage door opener. He found that the cause of the broken belt was a internal problem and that allowed the door to over travel and the was causing the breakage. He gave me several options from just replacing the belt to complete opener replacement. There was no pressure to upsell me a new opener. However I knew that if there was internal problems it would happen again. So i had new opener installed. He actually had the new opener on the truck so everything was handled the same day. David actually showed me the problem area so i knew he was telling truth. I would have no problem recommending David and the Precision Door Service to anyone looking for garage door solutions.

Brandon Quast was the technician who worked on my garage door and he was very professional and knowledgable of the garage door business. He explained everything that I needed to fix my garage door, then he explained to me what he would recommend to bring the door up to top quality as far as repairs in the future. It was quite more expensive but I told him to go ahead and do the more expensive work. He is an asset to your company. He also cleaned up very well after he was finished. I shall certainly use your company in the future and I shall recommend your company to anyone who is looking for a garage door company in the future.

Brian was fantastic! He called earlier in the day to ensure the time still worked and called when he was in route to my home. Upon arrival, we discussed the issues in further detail. Before beginning work, he did a multi check on the whole system. He pointed out a couple things that he recommended fixing, and I didn’t feel pressured to pursue those options. He did a fantastic job in getting our new sensors hooked up. Highly recommend Precision and Brian.

Extremely satisfied with the service! Brent gave us notification of his ETA numerous times on Monday which we very much appreciated, took the guess work out. On Tuesday, Will came to install the door and he also kept us informed of his ETA. We so appreciated both men and give Precision Door a kudos for their speedy delivery and installation of door. Wish other businesses were as organized and friendly as Precision Door. We would have loved to have put your sign in our front yard.
