Anthony is a great guy. He's really thorough in his explanations and why certain parts need replacement and how general wear and tear on garage doors and the mechanics behind them. Would be glad to use him again.

Tech was very polite and was on time. My overhead garage door springs were bad; the tech convinced me to get all new parts that support the door for “safety”. He said he was done, but the garage door still squeaked- I told him that squeak has to go, and he did some additional work. I don’t know about the cost to repair things so I’m at the mercy of the integrity of the contractor. My husband wasn’t here for the repair. So it was on me to decide. I was charged over double what I should have been charged for this job according to my husband. 1500$ for overhead springs, new rollers, drums and a cable. I read the lowest reviews on Google after the job was done and now see many complaints about extreme overpricing by Precision. I honestly thought that I had called The Overhead Door Company which my friends recommended. This number popped up in my search engine when I typed in Overhead Door. It is NOT Overhead Door. This is Overhead Garage Door- Precision. I understand companies need to make money- but this pricing feels unethical. They will say, “Your parts have a lifetime guarantee”, not worth the exorbitant cost. I can’t recommend.

David arrived at our home and conducted an inspection of the garage door. Our older genie opener apparently was the problem. David explained the options and pricing for a new Liftmaster opener and work that needed to be done. David was very friendly and professional and proceeded to do the work. I was very happy that I had called precision and i would recommend them to anyone else.

Justin came out. Solved our issue. And even found a remedy for a problem we didn't know we had. The repair was estimated (more expensive than we expected) but the actual service and followup treatment was top notch. We will keep you in mind if we need top quality future repairs.

Dave was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of the different options. When it came time to install, things went quick! They took extra effort to blow leaves out of the garage when complete. 5 stars!

David and Anthony were able to make it same-day for an emergency garage door broken spring replacement. While they were at it, they also showed us that our 22 year old original garage door opener was at risk of failure, and were able to replace it as well. Very helpful, thorough, and professional! Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with this place. They came out promptly, assessed the situation with my garage door, and provided clear explanations of the issues. They replaced several old parts and installed a new garage door opener, making the entire system work like new. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. I was impressed by the reasonable pricing, especially considering the quality of work and the lifetime warranty they offer. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can rely on their services in the future. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage door repairs or replacements!

I called Thursday afternoon with a broken cable. I was given an appointment for Friday morning. Our technician was Christopher Woods. Chris called us early Friday to confirm. Called us again within 30 minutes of arrival. Could not have asked for a better technician. He was so polite, clean, friendly but most importantly, Chris knew his job. Would definitely want him back if further work was needed!

The technicians were timely, friendly, helpful and installation-efficient. However, the total cost ($2600) seems very high.Since your invoice doesn't itemize labor costs, I assume they are built into the materials charges. Next time, I'll do some cost comparisons before selecting a garage door service provider. Ron Crowley

I was told tech would be here between 10-12. David called at 9:50 to tell me he was finishing up the previous job and he would call route, which he did. David and Anthony asked me numerous questions, evaluated the problem and then gave me option with explanations of each. They installed, cleaned up and showed me how to operate each function. I was very impressed with their courteous manner and complete knowledge of product.
