I have seen Precision ads on TV in the mornings, so when my garage door broke on a Sunday, I reached out via chat on their website before 6am on Monday. I was able to chat with someone and schedule the appointment for Wednesday. Before the tech arrived, there was excellent, clear information provided and a text was sent with the tech's picture and bio. Very impressive! Once he arrived, he was extremely courteous and helpful in answering all of my questions. I was very happy with the service! Thank you.

When I called the person answering the phone was very professional and answered all my questions. My wife was impressed with the number of favorable reviews. David Allen was our service technician. David call us to let us know when he expected to be at our house a number of times. David came to our house and after inspection of our garage door David gave us three options that would solve our door problems. We decided to have David replace all the hardware and garage door opener. David’s work was done very professionally and he left the garage clean and all old parts were removed

I chose precision because they had the highest reviews and we’ve had problems with a local service in the past. Brad did an amazing job! He was friendly and efficient and 100% concerned about safety, as I was. The bill was pricey but i would do it again (hopefully not in the next year or so ????) because of my experience and the product! My garage door not only works, but is so quiet now! I called because one of my two overhead doors had lost spring tension. Dave was very helpful and efficient. When i found out that the spring assembly was an obsolete part, I decided to have both doors repaired, having the spring assembly and rollers replaced. Both doors work great.

I called in the morning and was just wanting an estimate on checking a garage door out and replacing the remote for it and an estimate to add an opener to another door. Robert texted me a couple hours later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he checked both doors out for current conditions and offered his recommendations. He did not try to sell me what I didn't need. He gave me an estimate for the repair and the new opener that i thought was very fair. I asked when he could come back to install the new opener. To my surprise he said he had everything on the truck and could do the job then. I am very happy with his work and will recommend Pression Door and use them myself in the future Thank you very much Robert.

We called Precision Garage Door Service to come out and inspect our garage door. We knew it needed some work and after watching the advertisement on television we were impressed by the fact that they had everything on the truck to fix problems that were noticed. We had our non-electric detached 2-car garage built in 2005. Over the years the very heavy door has been getting harder to open. I'm a tiny person and opening the door was wearing me down to the point that I kept my car outside rather than try to open it. I thought the answer was a solar-powered garage door opener... but boy, was I wrong! David came to my rescue. He called before he came out, and when he was nearby. He looked everything over thoroughly for about half an hour, running through all kinds of checks and balances. All it needed was some new springs and rollers! After I chose one of the two estimates he gave me, he actually started and completed the work right then and there! Very nice and professional, and even gave me a discount. Lifetime guarantee on the parts. He oiled the squeaks out of the lock and rigged up a strap that I can use to close the garage door when it opens so high it gets away from me. Now the door opens effortlessly! I can now open it with one hand! Unbelievable!
