Our garage door opener was not allowing the door to stay closed. I contacted Precision Saturday afternoon and Brett was out on Monday. The issue was a bad logic board in the old opener. I could see where the board was burnt - so I had a new opener installed. Brett explained my options; I chose a new opener. After the new unit was installed; Brett explained all the features - tuned up the garage door; explained how to maintained the door n the future and cleaned up the area. I was very pleased with the job Brett and Precision did and would recommend them very highly

My technician was Brett Sackenheim and he could not have been a bigger help. Our entire opening system went out because the garage door was too heavy to function on the old system prior owners installed, Brett walked me through what could be done to replace it all and how much and once he did all that he stayed to install same day. From showing up to assess the problem all the way through installing every part except the door was an under 3 hour process. Highly recommend his service

Precision’s service was awesome. Very prompt, my technician Brett was remarkable! What I thought was a simple keypad reset, was not! As a result I was extremely disappointed having to replace my garage door operator, but Brett remained professional, totally empathized, and even programmed the remote functions to our vehicles. The door was installed about two weeks after we ordered it, which is what we expected. The technician showed us several different options until we found the right match for us. He completed the job within about two hours. There was one small problem with the trim and another tech came the next day to fix it. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase and installation. It looks better than we thought it would!

Garage door was not functioning properly, and the Precision team was very thorough in determining the problem and successfully repairing a sensor issue. They evaluated all areas of the door, and we decided to replace the rollers which were very worn and not functioning properly. Very thorough and efficient work performed, and will definitely use in the future.
