The dispatcher was personable and able to get a service technician out the same day I called. David the service tech was on time and provided a detailed estimate and explanation on what needed to be done to properly repair the broken spring on our garage door. After further discussion I suggested replacing the other springs and rollers as they were all the same age. David said he had all the parts needed and would be able to complete all the additional garage repair work I requested that same day. I was very pleased with the final results and the 7-year warranty provided by Precision.

We had David A and Garrett install a new opener and repair a broken spring. They were great! They called when they were on the way, were professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. They even paired the new opener with our cars. Highly recommend, very satisfied!

My only comment is there is a keypad that was not changed with the work performed. Spending 3100 I would think that should have been caught.

Jonathon called ahead as promised, stated he was going to stop for something to drink . Then asked if he could bring me anything ! Jonathon arrived on time . He was very knowledgeable about his job . Gave me all my choices and completed the work in a great time frame. Courteous during the entire time at our home .

I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service mainly because of their reputable reputation. Also, I liked the idea of the trip charge being deducted from the overall cost of the service.(Other companies that I called, that was not the case) We called them on a Monday, and they were at our house by Tuesday at noon. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did the work that day and he did a great job. We were very pleased with the service.

Precision was recommended to me by a friend and to start off I was blown away by their 24/7 telephone live answering. I called on Monday evening about 7p and talked with a real person who gave me an appointment the next afternoon. My tech was Trevor and he was a great guy. He called twice to let me know his eta. He was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I needed a new 2 car garage door and picking out the door style, color and window style was easy. Trevor spent as much time with me as I needed to feel comfortable with my purchase and choices. If the door installation is anything like the initial visit with Trevor, I expect to be a happy, satisfied Precision Garage Door customer.

I made an appointment to get an estimate to replace my opener and garage door (I was told I should replace the door by some other companies) expecting to have to wait months for the install but 3 hours later had a new garage door opener installed utilizing my current garage door(David told me my door was still in good shape and really no need to replace it). Highly recommended.

The tech was very knowledgeable, and friendly and fast too. He did a great job. He presented 4 options. I chose all new hardware, rollers, bearings and 2 springs instead of the 1 spring my garage door came with. 2 springs is much easier on the motor he explained. Plus accepted the lifetime warranty. The price was fair and I am very happy. The door works much better now with 2 springs and all new hardware.

My garage door spring broke (with the door down), in the morning and was repaired same day. This was important since my only vehicle was trapped inside the garage. It was not possible to lift the door manually. The service repairman, Johnathan Guffey, even arrived earlier than scheduled. He worked in the pouring rain to insure same day service. He was very friendly as well as knowledgable. I have no qualms about recommending him to anyone needing same day response.

Very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. While communicating when they would be there, they even offered to pick up lunch! Who does that? They had a 2hr window but arrived 40 minutes early. We had everything except the door replaced and they were done in less than 2 hrs. I would highly recommend this company.
