We came home from vacation to find a broken garage door spring. I called ( on Memorial Day) to get an appointment. Amazingly I got scheduled for the next day ( today) in the morning. David arrived on time and was most courteous. He offered several options for the repair. Our equipment was pretty worn out and David repaired and replaced what was needed and was done quickly. I would certainly recommend Precision and David. It’s not often these days to find this level of service.

I made the decision to finally get my garage door repaired; after all, my neighbors don't need to know when I come and go. There were several companies listed, and somehow I connected with your company and made the call. The lady on the phone(almost closing time) was pleasant and advised that a technician would call between 8a and 10a the following morning to give a more accurate arrival time. Garrett was very pleasant and explained my options. He was very knowledgeable and he didn't try to persuade me to choose the highest option; he allowed me to make the decision. Should a friend or acquaintance need garage door help, I will recommend Precision.

I had great service from Precision. I came home late Saturday night and couldn’t open my garage door. I figured out the spring broke. I chatted with Precision on Sunday morning and made an appointment for Monday morning. My service guy David was super friendly and helpful and got me set up with new springs. I also had them replace cables and rollers because they were rusted. Also found out that the opener had some burns on the board so he replaced that too. Got it all done that morning. Super pleased with the service and now I have a super quiet opener and I can get my car out of the garage. Thanks!

Object was in path of door as it was closing and thru door off wack. I purchased 2 new springs approximately 1 1/2 years ago . I had to get my car out so I manually disengaged my door and unwrapped the cable that came off track to open door, I then closed my door. Tech said that since I Tampered with the door I had to get 2 new springs at 383.00 a piece. Cost close to 800. Bucks to put it back on track. Horrible policy. I should have called in sick cause it cost a week pay. I called and nothing. My advice is if you have new springs and mess your door up , DONT TOUCH IT. Call and sick and sit in your garage so no one robs you.

Not sure what I was expecting but $175 later for a diagnostic fee that the garage door opener can’t be repaired through your services I guess I thought it could be re-connected until I could call my existing garage door company for a full work up There was no product purchased, and there was no repair done even though as far as the survey it won’t let you submit unless you choose an option of a repair, but there was no repair done
