Service was extremely prompt and courteous. Spoke to an actual human being when I called, which was very gratifying. Tech was there in a couple of hours (even faster than promised) and the door was fixed perfectly before I got home. Price was more than reasonable for the service provided. Would definitely use again.

Our technician, Kevin, was prompt and very professional. He took care of our problem in an efficient manner without overcharging us. This was our first experience with Precision. We appreciated the communication in knowing when our technician would arrive along with the introductory email complete with pictures of all of the technicians. Their extended hours are also a big plus. From now on Precision will be the only company we call should a problem arise with our garage door.

I called Precision Door to come out and look at my garage door. Keep in mind, I own a house built in the 1940's, so i was worried my door would be too old for them to work on. Kevin, my technician, came out and foxed my door no prob. He didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. They were also right on time and did a great job. I would recommend them to any one in this area that needs help w/ any door problem.

Excellent service. Called for estimate on Saturday afternoon. Technician was on time and professional. Garage door replaced on Monday morning. No mess left on the premises. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional service who were prompt in repairing my garage door the same day 4/24/17 when I called. Tech Austin Hitch was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and what was needed to correct it. He even showed me the damaged parts once removed. Kevin came out initially when my garage door spring (yeah, just one) broke. We decided to get an insulated door to replace my flimsy sheet metal one and told me when he would be back to install it. Kevin always called ahead to let me know he was coming and did excellent work. No mess left to clean up, just a really great working/looking door. Thanks to everyone at Precision, it was a pleasure doing business with you!

Our garage door opener stopped working about a week ago.All I wanted was a decent one installed at a fair price.The last company which put one in replaced it first, billed us right after and didn't even quote us.We ended up working it out, but it was a frustrating experience. Dealing with Precision was much better. I called John who put me in touch with the office , who in turn sent out Austin and within a day we were back up and running.What I liked so much about this was that Austin found the problem, called me with it and explained in laymans turns how he could fix the old one at such a cost or replace it with a new one at such a cost. And by the way, my wife found the last bill from about 15 years ago and Precisions new garage door opener was only a little more. Thank you.

i liked how upfront Precision is about their company and employees -- from drug testing to BBB and more. I wanted same brand so after seeing the website I looked no further. Chris, the technician, was knowledgeable, polite and explained the difference from previous LiftMaster (mine was 20 years old and I was happy with it lasting that long). I give this company a 5 star rating.
