I had spilled some peaches under my car and they picked them up for me and put my dumpster next to the house. They did not have to that. (I need a walker to get around.)

We saw the vans in the neighborhood and seeing them enough let us know precision must be a good company to work with. We worked with Luke and the experience was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were being consulted with, not sold to. He walked us through every aspect of our garage door system, answered our questions and provided us with honest feedback on the state of our system and what to do about it. 10/10 will be calling Precision back when we need support again.

The response time could not have been much faster. Called early morning and on site by noon. The broken spring coil was replaced. Dave Allen and Assistant (Dave) were fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly. I did have some sticker shock on the price. Dave and Dave remediated everything in about an hour. The final price seemed steep for an hour of work and material prices. I would still recommend Precision for the response time, professionalism and assurance to resolve the problem.

I would like to give a better review, but too many things went wrong along the way. After the initial visit, I received no communication, due to the fact my phone number was entered incorrectly. Luckily, I gave my wife's number as a backup. Then, when we received our initial invoice (before the installation), we were billed for an entirely different door that was much more expensive. I contacted Precision and Patrick did do a great job of straightening things out and ordering the correct door, which actually arrived sooner than expected. The installers, Jonathan and his assistant, were very courteous and professional. However, they didn't seem quite prepared for the installation. They had to go back to the shop to get a part, and once the job was finished, there was a large gap between the door and the floor because the bottom seal was too small. Jonathan said either he or someone else would have to come back to finish the job. A little over a week passed and it felt like we were forgotten, so we contacted Precision to set up a time for them to come back to install the right seal. During this time, the trip above the garage door had already started to come apart as well. When Jonathan returned, he still did not have the correct seal to finish the job, so he had to go back to the shop once again. When he returned, the seal and trim were fixed. The door seems to be fine now, but I feel like we went through a bit more aggravation than was necessary.

I have used Precision before and was very pleased. This time I was very disappointed. My garage door is stuck in the closed position. I can't get it open. My lawn mower is in there and I need to get it out because my grass is out of control. The technician looked at it for 10 minutes and decided he would spend his time writing up a quote for a new door instead of opening the door. The "quote" was full of errors. He did not know the name brand of the door. It is clearly stamped on the handle "Clopay". He just listed it as an 8' X 7' door. It is in fact a custom size door 80" X 72"! He also sent me a text saying he finished some other jobs and could he come early? I called the company and asked them to send him a message to call me. He did and said " He was told that if we had an opening I wanted him to come early" ! Liar! I will not use Precision again and anyone I know will not!

Great experience! My service tech was Luke Mattia. Very professional! I had a broken spring on my larger garage door. He had it replaced in under 1 hour with no issues. He also performed a “safety check” and advised me of additional maintenance options he could provide (for a price $$$). Robert did all he could to repair the existing opener. Took great care to trouble shoot the problem, but in the end the opener was shot and needed to be replaced. He explained the different types and Warranty Options on each. I was very happy with my decision to replace the opener and upgrade to better springs. The new modern features are a nice treat. Works great and is so much smoother and quite. Thanks for taking all the time to work on my opener and installing my new one, it is very much appreciated.

when I call to make appointment the ladies were very nice and help me and answer all my question. I received a call to do the job earlier and they work me into their schedule . I also received a call from installer giving me the time when to expect him. I also ask if he would text me to confirm so I knew when to expect the truck and Dave was very nice and answer all my question before , during and after the job was finish . It was nice to work with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a garage door repaired or replaced
