This is some of the best service I have ever had. I had David Eilers. My day started with David calling me and asking me if I wanted a coffee or anything from the gas station which blew me away. Once David got here he asked me all of the issues that I am having and explained every possibility that could be causing them. He did an entire inspection and gave me a layout of options to pick from. Once I picked my option David started and did not stop until the project was completed. I will use Precision for any of my issues in the future. If you are searching for a company just choose this one.

Technician was on time. Dave Eihler was polite. He explained everything he was doing. He did the inspection and told me what he found. I decided to go with the full service so l have a warranty on the work. He said the opener probably should be replaced. I decided to wait on that for a while due to tax and insurance season, but I will call him later to replace it. Wish they could have done it for free, but wish in one hand and so on. I will recommend them to my friends and relatives.

What a fantastic experience we had with getting new garage doors installed. The ease of getting the previous appointment and just the friendliness of the staff were just a welcome experience. Today we had Trevor come out and install our new garage doors and he was so friendly and just a really great guy who obviously cares about the job he does. Called Precision Door to repair broken spring. We were able to get an appointment very soon. Employee called before he came out to work on door. Our technician was Jonathan Guffey. He checked out everything on our door. Replaced new wheels and replaced the springs. We also decided to have a new opener installed. The technician explained the work completed. Very satisfied with the Precision Door company. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I noticed your add stated "Call 24 hours a day". So when my door spring broke at around 9:00 pm on Tuesday (Jan 10), I called. It was around 10:00 pm by then. Well, a real person, who was friendly and professional answered the phone, and was able to schedule my repair on the following Monday. Immediately after getting off the phone, I received a confirmation text and an e-mail with the details. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from my Service Tech David Lenhardt saying he was finishing up the call ahead of mine and that he would call again when he was on his way. Soon after, David called (as promised) and said he stopping for gas and some coffee, and was on his way. Get this, he even asked me if he could bring me some coffee or a soft drink! I thanked him but declined the offer, as I had just made coffee myself. Just before arriving, both my wife and I received a text message with David's photo and a brief Biography of him, along with a phone number to call if I had any questions. He arrived as promised, and in no time had the problem assessed, and offered me 3 different solutions. After choosing the plan of action, he had the door fixed in very short order and working good as new. I am very satisfied with the work and with David and everyone else involved. We are very happy to describe our experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. The technician, David, called us early in the day of our appointment to let us know that we were indeed on their schedule for the pre-set time. He called again later to let us know that he may be able to arrive a little early if that was OK with us, David called us a third time saying he was on the way and would be at our place in about 30 minutes. He also let us know that he had just sent us an email with his profile, including a photo of himself, which was very helpful, and we thought was a great idea. David arrived right on time. He was very courteous & professional as he greeted us and quickly assessed our situation. He took the time to explain the problems with my door and explained the options we had to correct the problems. By then it was about 4:30 pm and I thought he would try make an appointment for someone to come out and make the repairs. To our surprise, instead, he said he would make the repairs right then and there. It took him a little less than an hour to complete the repairs and we were good as new! We were very satisfied with the high quality of David's work and the over-all service we received from Precision Overhead Door Service Company. We give them a five-star rating and would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing garage door service.
