The response time was fast and the Technician who arrived for the initial analysis / quote was very informative. Once we agreed to the terms for the garage door we wanted, they didn’t waste and time as the door was ordered right away, which arrived a few weeks later. I was contacted right away to schedule the install and it didn’t take long for the installation to be completed, which looks great and I am totally satisfied. The door comes with a great service guarantee / warranty and so far the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend Precision Door.

We want to give a BIG shout out to Jonathan. He called before coming, arrived on time. He gave options and solutions to our garage door issue with no pressure to purchase. He had everything with him to complete the job at the time. When he called, he said he was going to stop and get something cold to drink, like water, Gatorade and even asked if we would like something.

Absolutely amazing!! So incredibly grateful to Justin for fixing our completely off-kilter garage door! He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable - loved that he presented different options and took the time to explain everything. He was both thorough and efficient and was able to fix our garage door the same day which was extremely impressive with how damaged it was. Will absolutely recommend this group to everyone!

A $30 charge for credit card processing? Seriously? Just find a way include that in the price or absorb it as a cost of doing business.

Justin was very professional and helpful. He helped me understand the way the door worked and what might be causing my problem. I chose not to replace anything since right now the door is working. I’ll wait and see if the problem persists. Thanks to Precision for coming out so promptly.

Easily able to book an appointment online. Service Tech called to let us know about timing and when he would arrive. Explained everything about their process prior to inspection and then provided a complete breakdown of services and options to suite our needs. Fixed our broken spring and upgraded some of our old worn out parts. He did provide an overall review of what was repaired and provided details about other possible updates/upgrades if we decided we needed those options down the line. Great service and support! Recommend.

Brian was awesome! He offered comprehensive estimate options and did the work as promised. On-site and within the appointment time. All parts needed were in the truck so there wasn’t a delay in the repairs. The door seals better and is so quiet now. Amazing! No upsell pressure! I highly recommend Brian and he will be my go to guy in the future if needed. Thank you!!

Precision Door installed my new opener about 3 years ago, the backup battery was defective and they got someone out to fix it for me very quickly. The price was very reasonable and the service technician was fantastic, he even blew all he cobwebs out from around the opener and the garage door.

I can't say enough good things about David and Precision Garage Door. Communication from the company to the employee exceeded all my expectations. My garage door was in serious need of repair. The "vintage" hardware was broken and dangerous. David was able to install a new system that integrated into the original door, saving me thousands and allowing me to keep the integrity of the original door. Also, David installed everything on his own in a couple of hours. I couldn't believe it. This was a big, dirty job, and he knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much!!

I received prompt service. The technician explained what he would do, what my options were and when asked, he discussed my warranty so I was aware up front what to expect. He was on time, knowledgeable, respectful and quick. Word of mouth and BBB rating is how I detected you initially as my service provider and haven’t been disappointed.
