I spoke to Elizabeth on the morning of my appointment and she was able to offer me an appointment earlier than expected, yay! She was professional and very nice, telling me to expect a message and call from David. David sent message and called to say he would be here with 25 minutes. He was right on time! David was also professional and super nice, asking me questions to figure out what was wrong. He gave me 4 options of what could be done and applied no pressure to pick the most expensive option. He was very through showing me what was wrong and how it would repaired. The repairs took less than an hour and he called me out to show me everything he’d done. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needed garage door repairs. Thank you David, Elizabeth and the whole team!

The springs on our garage door broke on Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We called our provider who we have had for 35 years - A&E Door. They told me they couldn't get to us for well over a week and it would be $180 before they even came. I called Precision and they come the following Monday. Precision was awesome to work with and David was a great technician. He explained everything to us and walked us through our options. Communications with David and Precision were top notch. Our experience with home repairs has been that it takes a minimum of 3 visits for the problem to be resolved. Precision Overhead Doors COMPLETELY changed our experience. They installed our garage door opener right the FIRST TIME with no problems or call backs. They do not hard sell you or fix something that isn’t broken. We’ve had them our a couple of times to service the door and adjust the sensors and we couldn’t be happier! The technicians are respectful, professional, and are really nice folks! It was my first repair on our garage door, and I was pleasantly pleased with Robert's diagnosis and options for repair. It would not raise the door He explained it well to me and agreed to speak on the phone with our son with a full explanation. The springs that were up were not adequate for our double door and not up to safety standards. A torsion system was installed and old coils removed. All was completed in about an hour. Did not expect that repair, but do feel comfortable with the additional safety involved. Would recommend company especially Robert to others in need of help. He had all the parts needed on his truck and was able to fully repair the door with a full 100% warranty. All was cleaned up by Robert and would get back to him if possible.

If you had six stars, I would have selected that! The technician, David Lenhardt was very professional and efficient. He called in the morning to let me know he'd be here for the scheduled appt. And again called to inform me he was on his way after he filled up the truck, and asked if he could get me something to drink while he was there. Service Technician David did an outstanding job. Our garage door springs and mechanism was 17 years old and never serviced since that date. It finally failed. He replaced the springs, bearing, and rollers. Tested it and it works like new. I recommend David Eilers to all future customers. Courteous, explains everything and works diligently. He called me several times before the repair to update arrival time. Precision Garage Door is extremely responsive. I called and they provided service the same day. Amazing response time.
