Brian reviewed it proveded 3 options and explained how each would correct the problem and the extra 2 options would prevent future problems. I was having problems with my garage door springs and an appointment was made within two days. The technician (Robert) showed up on time and was extremely courteous and professional. He performed a complete inspection of the door and made recommendations on what was necessary and a few that were optional. Once I decided on what I wanted done he got to work and was finished much quicker than I expected. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service.

Brian Payne was our technician today and he was outstanding. He did a complete inspection of our garage doors and openers. They were a 24 and 21 year old Craftsman. He showed me the problems with them and gave me options for replacement. Brian was on time and completed the work and installation as estimated.
