I had a grea experience with the repair service from Precision Overhead Garage Door. Came out the next day after my call. Kept us informed of their arrival time. Listened to my questions and concerns. Quickly replaced the bottom rubber seal that was broken. Provided an overall assessment on the integrity of our current garage door with some good suggestions for future maintenance work. Justin answered all of my questions plus he was training a new employee! Highly recommend them!!

Brent was very professional. He called before he arrived, he explained what he would do to fix my garage door and he accepted the warranty on my previous work when I supplied the receipt. Justin Begley came to our house for a repair today and he was fantastic! We had a builder grade garage door that needed lots of repairs so he helped us find the perfect new garage door that was in our budget... he listened to what we wanted and was easy to work with!

Brett is the GREATEST person! He had to replace a damaged double garage door quickly as my home is up for sale. He was so nice to my 6 year old granddaughter, they both love music. She chatted his "ear off" while he worked for awhile but he just couldn't have been more pleasant. The job was done efficiently but more than that the warmth and sincerity of Brett was just outstanding. He deserves 10 stars!

I chose your company because of the reviews I read about you company not mostly because of the comments about Justin, as I read those reviews and was fortunate enough to have Justin do my job I can only say that everything I read was right on he was polite knowledgeable and Professional. My only negative would be you are Extremely expensive for repairs $1000+, in my case I had to have it done immediately. Thank you Justin

Brett Sackenheim did a great job! On time, professional and personable. I called for a simple bottom seal replacement and before starting he did a thorough inspection. Springs and rollers were at end of life, so he recommended replacement. A bit of an upsell, but the end result is much improved performance. Happy get a clean bill of health on my door. Will call them next time for sure.

Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. He went through the breakdown top to bottom so I understood what happened and repaired the door quickly. A+ service!

These people are the real deal. I didn’t get to meet Justin, but was told by my mother-in-law that he was super kind and courteous to her, and he also dealt with everything I needed over the phone in a super professional manner. Jake was the guy installing the door and what a good time it was to have him here. Very fun to talk to, got the job done very quickly and even hauled away my old garage unit which he did out of just being a nice guy so that I didn’t have to. Overall the professionalism of this business is a 12/10 and they got the job done sooner than promised. HIGHLY recommend using precision garage doors of Cincinnati for all of your garage troubles. My door looks fantastic!! Thank you guys for taken care of my garage!

Our technician Brett was completely thorough and willing to answer any questions we had. We had a complete removal of old garage door system and installion of new. The work was performed in a timely fashion and left in clean condition. Also communication on arrival time was followed. Quite satisfied!
