Repair tech Tanner was early for the appointment and called to confirm this would be OK. He provided multiple service options and explained not only the options/what was included but also other reccomended preventative maintenance. He went through the breakdown top to bottom so I understood what happened and repaired the door quickly. A+ service!

These people are the real deal. I didn’t get to meet Justin, but was told by my mother-in-law that he was super kind and courteous to her, and he also dealt with everything I needed over the phone in a super professional manner. Jake was the guy installing the door and what a good time it was to have him here. Very fun to talk to, got the job done very quickly and even hauled away my old garage unit which he did out of just being a nice guy so that I didn’t have to. Overall the professionalism of this business is a 12/10 and they got the job done sooner than promised. HIGHLY recommend using precision garage doors of Cincinnati for all of your garage troubles. My door looks fantastic!! Thank you guys for taken care of my garage!

The final factor for choosing Precision was the professionalism of their representative Tanner Claybaker. The was thorough, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all of my questions. Brett did an outstanding job. Provided options, and solutions. Not only did perform his job in a timely manner, but he also informed you of all the work being done. Brett offered to pick up and iced tea for me on the way over. He also hauled away from some junk taking up space in the garage. He really went above and beyond the call of duty. This was beyond a five-star job.
