Brian did a great job but the price was way higher than expected. I may be confused but I did not see an option for a free estimate. I was told it would be $155 for the service call. My recommnedation to friends and family will be to get a free quote first.

Precision is a very professional organization, from the scheduler who takes your original call and notes all pertinent information and documents it in writing. I received a confirmation via text that my technician would be Jonathan and it included his picture and a brief bio. He was very amiable, knowledgeable and skilled. The work was completed quickly with very high quality components. You get what you pay for, so their fees are expensive, but, in my opinion, they're worth it.

Our tech was amazing! Our house is 23 years and we had no idea a garage door opener was only good for 12 years. He worked on three doors and was very professional. I will be recommending you guys top all our friends! Thank YOU!

The men were here on time very pleasant, explained everything and went overall the options. We chose the option that best fit our needs with the quote, but when I signed and paid and then saw the price via email there was a processing fee of $62.52 for using my credit card which was not explain to us during the paying process. At that point I contacted the billing department and they agreed to remove the processing fee. They did a great job within a timely manner. I only gave four stars because of the non communication of the processing fee. I will be recommending your company, just make sure all information is communicated to your customers.

Brian was awesome!! Arrived on time, clearly explained all steps and my price options . Took pictures and demonstrated issues with rollers and actual opener unit. Explained why replacing other parts besides the spring would be beneficial to the life of my current garage door. Took the time to program all remotes and the keypad outside while also walking me thru the steps of the App for opening and closing the door when I am not home!

Justin was very thorough and explained all the options to me. He did an excellent job of running the wires so they are concealed. He also moved the door switch so it was more convenient to use. Justin did a great job and I would highly recommend him. I chose Precision because they said there trucks are fully stocked and I needed my door fixed today. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Brian was great, called ahead of time. He was early and he took care of everything. He asked about my family and how much we used the garage. He cared that it was an important part of our home that our children used to get in and out. He was very professional and knew how important it was for us. He was quick and efficient, I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars probably isn’t enough. Thank you from a very happy and satisfied customer.

Brian was very professional and came at 10:15 and worked steady untill 5:40. We talked off and on as he worked and explained thoroughly after he had completed his work. A helper stopped by in the afternoon and then David came and helped tie things up at the end. Brian worked efficiently and as he took off each piece he put it in the van to keep it out of his way. He is a very orderly worker. I’m very pleased that I call your company to get my 2 new garage doors, they work perfect and look good. I was kept in the loop as to when the parts were coming and when I could expect the work to be done. Great company and fantastic workers, police and efficient.
