Precision Door took my call for emergency service at 6:30am. The repair Team was at our home by 8:45am and finished the repair by 10:00am. Their explanation of the repair required was very clear. They also offered some additional repair suggestions that were clearly explained. The quality of the parts and the lifetime warranty is worth the extra cost. We have worked with many contractors and repair workers over many years of homeownership. This experience was definitely 5star +

hello I had an Overhead door and could not reach a human to help me. I found your website and called, got a nice young lady who promptly scheduled me for a Saturday appt the next day (I work so Sat appts are great no taking off work!) I was informed all Saturday morning up until my service man arrived , Brent Stringfellow ( I was even sent a picture of Brent so I would Be sure the right person was who they said they were) Brent was very personable but professional. Explained all and did not pressure me for the top of the line. It was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. My problem with the cable was from the prevoius poor quality of service from a previous company I used. They put the the wrong springs on. Brent was excellent start to finish.

Brian was great. He came out on Christmas Eve on very short notice, when no other Company would. He was friendly, courteous and did a great job explaining the options with no pressure. He worked quickly and did an outstanding job. He even helped my Daughter set up the app. Our garage door is now so quiet. I highly recommend Precision.

Brian was professional and nice. Overall service was not what I expected for a simple rebalance of door. They do a 25 point inspection but don’t give you report until AFTER job is complete and paid. Don’t expect to have your door repaired or adjusted. Instead, be prepared for replacement (springs, rollers, bearings, etc..) which costs SIGNIFICANTLY more. The parts they use are good and my door is operating smoother and quieter but it should for the money I spent. For non impulse buyers, hopefully this review helps educate those using Precision.
