Ronnie came out one day after my initial call to look at our garage door opener. He listened carefully as I explained the problems we were experiencing, then quickly diagnosed the problem. He even showed me the burnt circuit board he removed. I was confident in his honesty and will recommend him and Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair. Ronnie was friendly and knowledgeable, and left me with a working (and much quieter) garage door!!!

I was very pleased with the service received from Precision. The tech was a very pleasant and friendly guy, informative and helpful. A pleasure to talk with. The service was done quickly, quicker than I expected really. Obviously there was a cost but I given options at different price points that made it easier to make an informed decision. I would recommend this company especially if Rocco is the tech. He is an asset as he made me feel very comfortable, made the experience as painless as possible.

The appointment scheduler was very friendly and courteous and Kevin showed up during the 2 hour time frame promised. Kevin replaced all hardware and had the door operational again within less than I hour. Amazing job. Would recommend Precision to everyone.

Rocco Carangi was very nice and very polite. We called this morning and they put us on their schedule the same day. We really appreciate that. He gave us a couple different options for our repair and the price was reasonable. He done the job right then and did everything perfect. I contacted Precision yesterday morning for help with three different garage door issues I was having. They were quick to call me back and. scheduled a person to come out today. Kevin was incredibly prompt, very friendly and thorough. I had an issue with one of my keypads and, despite it being not a simple fix, he persisted and figured out a solution. I wish that every home. repair service I had to deal with was this awesome! Kudos to Kevin and Precision door.... you have been amazing! I called Precision on May 21, 2019 because my garage door would not open; the spring broke, etc. Mr. Ranier Salcedor arrived and reviewed my problem. He gave me three quotes; two were for repair costs and one was for a replacement door. Due to the age of the door, I elected to replace my door. Ray arrived at 8:15 AM the following morning and installed my new garage door. He did an outstanding job. Ray was very professional and very knowledgeable of garage doors!!!
